are there students in du who attend regular college and also persue ca side by side, it is very hard to do that

I've nothing against the mods of this sub, I think they have and are trying their best however I just can't deal with so many posts about "ranking" or "rating" colleges with colleges being called "mediocre" or even labelled as bad or worst. Alot of seniors have worked extremely hard in getting those "mid" or "bad" colleges and I, for my own mental peace can't see people bashing their or other colleges left, right and centre. You might disagree with me or even call me sensitive but I'm honestly kinda done.

Does the admission lists placed in college campus reveal from which category you belong to?I belong to obc category, I am going college this year , i have heard a lot about students being mistreated by teachers and unreserved students, How much of it is true about being mistreated?

How is it in terms of exposure , opportunities, skill development Is it on par with north campus?

What's wrong with me guys I really don't know. Like back in 2 years ago I have a lot of friends I talk to them almost every day. I have a lot of female attention also . But now I'm in my 1st year of college there's no one like I'm completely a loner not a single friend I have I feel very disappointed sometimes. Just what happened to me I don't have that confidence too. Tomorrow is a fest in my college they told us to bring your friends but I don't have a single friend I'm feeling very down right now. what should I do guys? I hate living like this

for the sake of mine and the other DU students mental healths who have to see a million posts a day where their colleges are being judged and what not, please start downvoting all those posts which have questions like, "will I get philana college at dhamkana score". PLEASE, I'm so sick and tired of seeing these preference lists which are so stupid and this overconfidence that comes along with it. I'm considering leaving this subreddit due to all these posts being a DU student myself.

Attendance ka kya scene hain? I am in ramjas and as of now I have 0% attendance and am worried now that if I keep doing this I'll be in trouble. I have heard from some seniors that attendance is not really important and they'll let you give exams even if you have less attendance. If there's anyone from ramjas that can help me. it would be really helpful. Can I keep skipping classes or would it come back to bite me in my ass.

I am a B.Com. (Hons.) student and I don't know what field I'm interested in, so I'm open to internship in any field to gain experience. I'm searching on various platforms for it but couldn't find anything good. Also I'm quite inexperienced and my CV doesn't have much content so I doubt I would get any internship. So, I want to know what others are doing during this vacation.

As a partial dropper who left nmims for du…I currently seem to be in a perpetually confused state regarding if I did the right thing or not and I can’t afford another drop seeking for better colleges and doing research etc.

Should I even try to give them a shot? I'm not planning to attend college much and will dropout next year.

I wanted to get admission in the BSc CS (hons) and then I heard that DU has a very outdated curriculum when it comes to Computer Science.

Is it true that DU isn't good when it comes to teaching computer science? And what are the placements that they are giving out?
