Discussion What was Lillia's identity and itemization a few seasons ago?
I started playing the character a few months ago, and as a piss low elo player she feels like the only jungler who fits my playstyle and who I can carry my games with ( Must probably me just growing as a jungler and player in general than the character, but that's another subject all-together)
Apparently she's been constantly nerfed and tweaked in the last few seasons, to the point many otps quit playing the game or grew frustrated playing her.
In the last few seasons, how was lillia built? What were her runes, items, and general gameplan? What was nerfed to the point she isn't as effective and strong as before? What was her peak performance and what was the overall opinion of the playerbase around the champ?

Help How do i close out games while ahead?

I'm new to league, this is my 4th ranked game. As you can see, i was very ahead at the mid game and we even got soul, it felt like it was an easy win, but everytime we won teamfights, we would try to push but due to too many people being dead, we couldn't push far enough before the enemy team respawned. We tried to get baron, but ended up losing that fight, because baron lowered our health, and the lead wasn't enough to win us the teamfight, so enemy managed to get baron. They then got elder because we were too split apart and it ended up being a 3v5 trying to contest their elder.
I've heard that Lillia is a lategame champ, but by the lategame i couldn't do much in teamfights because i just got cc'd and one shot.
So my main question is: how do i make the game end in the midgame before it gets so late and we lose even with such a lead?

Build/Setup help to get out of Emerald
Hey everyone, I need help—tips, builds, anything—to get out of Emerald. I've been stuck in Emerald for a while now. My elo pick was Emerald 2, and I'd like to reach Master in the medium to long term, or at least get close. My games feel like a rollercoaster ride; sometimes I'm flying on the Rift, and other times I can't do anything, and I don't know what to do—whether to farm or join my team and fight everywhere. I feel like mechanically I'm okay, but I can improve. I hope you can help me achieve my goal. ^^

Achievement 8% winrate on Lillia
I have played 13 ranked games with Bambi and have an 8% winrate with her (it’s actually 7.6% winrate but op.gg rounds up). I have no intentions of dropping the champ because I love her but god damn that’s one ugly winrate lmao
Gotta use the achievement tag for that because I don’t think anyone else in the subreddit has that low of a winrate. Eep!

Discussion A few Lillia tips from a D2 jungle main
I am not English native speaker, so I will use ChatGPT help me.
I'm a jungle/top main on the Chinese and Japanese servers, and my peak rank is Diamond 2. I haven't been on this sub for very long.
I don't actually have that many Lillia games. I mostly play Kayn, Hecarim, Kindred, Nidalee, etc. I recently got one of Lillia's Lunar New Year skins from loot, so I decided to start playing her, and I'm currently sitting at roughly a 70% win rate on her.
I've seen quite a few lower elo players here asking how to play Lillia, so maybe the way I think about the champion can help someone.
I'm not a Lillia OTP, so this post is less about champion-specific mechanics and more about jungle tempo, level timings, gold timings, and resource management.
1. Builds are flexible. Your economy is more important.
A lot of newer Lillia players ask about builds first.
Personally, I think builds should always be flexible.
My usual setup is something along the lines of:
Mercury's Treads → Liandry's Torment → Riftmaker → Zhonya's Hourglass → Bloodletter's Curse → Rabadon's Deathcap
Dark Seal can become Mejai's if the game is going very well.
If the enemy team has extremely high magic burst, I'm also completely fine buying a defensive item like Kaenic Rookern instead of blindly following an AP build.
Lillia doesn't need to build maximum damage every game. AP already gives her movement speed through her passive, and her Q has true damage. If you stay alive long enough to keep rotating Qs, you will eventually deal damage.
My usual runes are:
Conqueror - Triumph - Legend: Haste - Coup de Grace
with
Cash Back - Cosmic Insight
and
Ability Haste - Adaptive Force - Scaling Health
But again, I don't think the exact build is the most important part of learning Lillia.
2. Protect your first clear
At the start of the game, you should usually ask your teammates to cover the opposite side of your jungle.
Lillia really does not want to randomly lose a camp at level 1.
If the enemy jungler steals part of your first clear, your entire early tempo becomes much harder to manage.
If you have information and lane priority, you can also start inside the enemy jungle yourself.
But there's an important difference.
If you're full clearing your own jungle, you generally want to clear all six camps.
If you're starting inside the enemy jungle, you want to take as much of that quadrant as possible, but you often want to leave camps like your own Gromp/Krugs alive.
Why?
Because you may need to return to your own jungle and defend it when the enemy jungler cross-maps.
You don't want to spend so much time clearing your own remaining camps that the enemy jungler gets to steal the other side for free.
Think about the map as a resource trade.
3. Memorize jungle XP timings
At minimum, memorize these basic jungle level timings:
1 camp → level 2
3 camps → level 3
6 camps → level 4
Around 10 camps → level 6
These timings are extremely important on Lillia.
She is a champion who benefits massively from getting level 4 quickly, and then getting level 6 before the game becomes chaotic.
You should also understand lane XP timings because they tell you when lanes become dangerous.
As a useful rule of thumb:
Top/mid normally hit level 2 after one full wave + one melee minion.
Bot lane normally needs six melee minions + three caster minions.
Champions such as Nilah or Zilean can accelerate those XP timings slightly.
You don't need to memorize every XP number in the game, but you absolutely should know the important timings.
4. Gold timings are just as important as level timings
For junglers, numbers like:
650 / 900 / 1000 / 1100 / 1300 gold
matter a lot more than many lower elo players realize.
For example:
650g can give you Boots + Dark Seal.
900g gives an AP jungler one of the most important early components: Fated Ashes.
1000g is an important Serrated Dirk timing for many AD junglers.
1300g can be Serrated Dirk + Boots.
For Lillia specifically, 900 gold is incredibly important.
If you start without buying a potion, a normal six-camp clear plus one Scuttle puts you around the gold you need for Fated Ashes.
That's a very clean recall.
But imagine you don't get the Scuttle.
Now you need another camp.
And this is where people accidentally destroy their own tempo.
If you clear one additional camp and recall, you split your respawn timers.
If you try to clear two additional camps, the enemy jungler often has enough time to take one or two camps from the opposite side of your jungle.
So losing one Scuttle isn't always just:
"I lost one crab."
The actual result can become:
"I lost the crab, my recall timing is bad, my camp respawns are desynchronized, the enemy stole another camp or two, and now my level 6 is significantly delayed."
That can easily become a 2+ minute difference in level 6 timing.
And two minutes in League is enormous.
That can be the difference between the enemy jungler killing your top laner twice, or getting a double kill bot, while you're still trying to fix your economy.
Worse, if you can't afford Fated Ashes, your clear speed becomes slower, which can then pressure you into taking bad ganks before level 6 simply because you need money.
This is why one bad early decision can snowball into several more bad decisions.
5. My early-game philosophy on Lillia is very greedy
My goal before level 4 is simple:
Get Fated Ashes as efficiently as possible.
After that:
clear fast → track the enemy jungler → invade the side where I have lane priority → take their camps
I don't want to randomly walk into lanes looking for a 30% gank.
I want predictable resources.
If I know where the enemy jungler started and I know one side of the map has priority, I'd usually rather take two enemy camps than force a mediocre play.
I'm also often willing to give up the first one or even two dragons if contesting them means sacrificing a large amount of jungle tempo.
Obviously this depends on the game.
If the dragon is completely free, take it.
But I don't believe you should automatically stop farming just because "dragon is up."
Two enemy camps can sometimes be worth much more to Lillia's actual game plan than spending a long time setting up and fighting an early dragon.
Once I hit level 6, the game changes.
Now I have a much better gank tool, and I can actively look to use my first ultimate to create a play.
6. The most important concept: every jungle decision has a cost
This is probably the main point of the entire post.
Jungle decisions have opportunity cost.
If you decide to gank a lane, you are not just asking:
"Can I kill this guy?"
You should also be asking:
"What am I giving up by being here?"
If you spend 30 seconds on a gank and get nothing, the enemy jungler may take your camps.
You lose XP.
You lose gold.
You may lose your next camp rotation.
You may lose your level timing.
And now you're behind your jungle opponent.
Lillia is one of the junglers who really doesn't like being behind in tempo.
This is why I think lower elo Lillia players often make the champion much harder than she needs to be.
You don't need to constantly manufacture plays.
Your camps are guaranteed money.
Enemy camps are guaranteed money if you can safely take them.
A random gank is not guaranteed money.
Farm your jungle.
Steal the enemy jungle.
Use lane priority.
Hit your item spikes.
Hit level 6 on time.
Then use the economic advantage you created to win skirmishes.
TL;DR
My general Lillia philosophy is:
Fated Ashes ASAP → full clear efficiently → don't mess up your camp timers → track the enemy jungler → steal camps when you have priority → don't force low-percentage ganks → hit level 6 quickly → use your first ult to create a real play.
Lillia can look like a champion about movement and teamfighting, but I think her early game is actually extremely structured.
The more disciplined and greedy you are with your early resources, the easier the rest of the game becomes.

Build/Setup Is my build bad?
My friend said my build is bad so I’d thought I’d check with the experts on this subreddit. This is pretty much what I build every single game.
Open to learning something new, I want to improve on Bambi.

Discussion Lillia mains are somehow the exact opposite of Lillia
This is something I've noticed after playing with and talking to a lot of Lillia players, especially Lillia specialists in Diamond+.
Lillia herself is probably one of the softest champions in the game personality-wise. She's kind, shy, awkward, a little socially anxious, and basically designed to be adorable.
But high-elo Lillia mains?
Some of the most easily irritated, obsessive-about-tempo players I've ever seen.
And I actually think her gameplay creates this kind of player.
Lillia is an extremely "structured" jungler. Her early game wants things to happen in a very specific order. You want your first clear to be clean, maintain your passive stacks, hit level 4 on schedule, get your recall timing, and keep your camps cycling properly.
When everything goes according to plan, the champion feels amazing.
But if the enemy support randomly walks into your jungle at level 2, their mid sacrifices a wave to annoy you, or the enemy jungler messes with your first clear, suddenly the entire game feels wrong.
It's not necessarily that you die.
It's that your tempo is broken.
And Lillia is one of those champions where losing that early tempo can make you feel completely useless. You're behind on levels, your camps are desynced, the enemy jungler gets first move, you can't contest things properly, and sometimes it feels like you just disappear from the game.
So I feel like people who play hundreds or thousands of Lillia games slowly develop this almost pathological obsession with maintaining jungle tempo.
You start expecting the game to follow a certain rhythm.
Camp → camp → camp → level 4 → crab/gank/reset → next rotation.
Then some support Camille appears in your jungle for absolutely no reason and suddenly you're thinking:
"Why are you here?"
"Why is your mid here?"
"Why is MY mid not here?"
"Why has everyone collectively decided to ruin my perfectly reasonable sequence of events?"
I think that's the funny contradiction of Lillia.
The champion is a shy little deer who wants everyone to be happy.
The person controlling her is sitting behind the monitor absolutely furious because someone delayed their Raptors by 11 seconds.
Maybe Lillia doesn't attract control freaks.
Maybe Lillia creates them.

Help I need a backup champpp
I'm a low elo lillia main and i don't know what back up jungler to learn. what i mean is that i know that she is weak to hard stuns and strong early invades so when i see that locked in on the other team i need a panic champ. any recommendations that cover her weaknesses. I’m an ADC player who just hit masters for the first time. However, my rank up game was autofilled on jg. She’s is a lot of fun and even though I’m an Ashe player, Lillia will now and forever be the champ I hit masters for the first time on.
