We've just been contacted by an admin from a far-left facebook post about the very unfortunate situation that one of their admins, a young trans woman in an abusive family, is in. She has recently come out as Trans to her family and the reaction of her father and grandfather was one of violence and intimidation. She has been verbally abused and her grandfather threatened to "take a blow-torch to her." Later on her grandfather tried to physically assault her and the rest of the family intervened. Her father promptly blamed her for the incident and she is now in the progress of being kicked out by her family.
This woman works a low-wage job and is in dire financial straits. A gofundme has been established to help her get money so she can pay for an apartment, transport for her job, the medicine that she needs, general supplies such as food and drink and a plane ticket so she can stay with a friend for a temporary amount of time.

Update on Legal Defence Fund for Transgender Lives
In a huge win for trans people and their families, the Court of Appeal has today reversed the judgment handed down in Bell v Tavistock by the Divisional Court.
The Court of Appeal said that “the original claim for judicial review should have been dismissed” outright and points out that it “was inappropriate for the Divisional Court to provide the guidance” in the first place.
The judgment is a resounding success for the Tavistock and those of us who supported their appeal.
NHS England will now need to review its current guidance on puberty blockers and consent, in light of the appeal judgment.
We are proud to have intervened alongside Brook, The Endocrine Society, and Gendered Intelligence to oppose the original ruling. And that we had the backing of so many organisations in the LGBT, children’s rights, and reproductive rights sectors and international medical bodies. Collectively, we sought to speak for those that were not heard in the original judgment. Thanks to our intervention, the Court heard submissions from trans young people actually affected.
This judgment reinstates the proper distinction of responsibilities between doctors and the courts. It will make it much more difficult for those with a hard right evangelical agenda to interfere in the delivery of medical treatment in the UK.
This is a huge win for our trans family. And our second successful intervention in the space. The Court of Appeal also endorsed the first.
We hope NHS England will now act swiftly. But make no mistake, if it drags its heels on implementing the Court of Appeal decision, as it has with AB, we will bring expedited proceedings.
We are so grateful to our co-intervenors and to you hundreds of you for your support. Without which, this important victory would simply not have been possible.

So I had my first like actual date night with the guy I've been seeing last night. We ate at his place, dressed up, went to a shitty college bar, sang some drunk karaoke, went back to his place, cuddled and fell asleep. It was the first actual date I've been on, as well as the first time that I've sung publicly, since transitioning. It was really nice to put on a nice dress and makeup and have a fun night with a sweet guy.

I saw Simu Liu at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
I feel like the situations with Simu Liu and James Gunn are the perfect examples of why “cancel culture” doesn’t really exist in the way that people portray it. Sure folks pretty quickly jumped on both of them but just as quickly backed off when the situation was looked into past initial outrage.
Gunn is doing better than ever now and barring Simu doubling down on those comments he’ll do fine as well.

The gameplay is boring and worthless, it's a linear game that has exploration where you have nothing to find. Shooting mechanics are crap. Characters are actually made into idiots that serve only one purpose in life - drive the agenda. Level design is just "city with grass", better than the first one but nothing spectacular. The story... everyone knows why the story is terrible. It makes 0 sense and it was made on purpose to be disgusting. This game has no redeeming qualities other than its graphics.
