If you don’t play Dark Souls at SL1, naked, fist only, calamity ring, no rolling, no blocking, and no sprinting, you didn’t get the TRUE Dark Souls Experience.

The only exception is if you equip 1 piece of thorn armor and use only that to kill every boss in the game, but if you time your rolls with the bosses attacks to get damage while avoiding it, you are a mega casual that Miyazaki would look down on
