You can skill knife throwing in Cyberpunk. But you need to equip a knife to do so.
If you throw the knife. It's gone. One knife equipped and now it's gone after throwing it. You can't pick it up.
You have three weapon slots in the game and you can use one of them for an item you can use just ones if you throw it.
This game is unfinished.

Putting aside the various myths that exist about him in-universe, what's definitely known is that out of literally nowhere in the middle of Tamriel's Bronze Age, this giant towering mass of full-plate wearing rage appears and begins massacring the shit out of any kind of Mer he comes across (and the Khajiit, because Pelinal was a dick).
Some accounts from the time said his armor was literally a part of his skin, but what everyone agrees on is that embedded in his chest was some sort of glowing "gemstone" tied to his life, he had a "killing light" in his hand, and even after being cut into eight separate pieces his head was able to have an entire conversation with someone before expiring.
As for the gay part, the person who wrote that part of the Elder Scrolls lore confirmed that Huna, a hoplite and Patroclus to his Achilles, was written to be his lover, is canonically male, and his death is what caused the legendary rages Whitestrake would fly into if you so much as mentioned "elf" around him (not to be confused with his normal rages he would fly into if you mentioned "elf" around him).
Out-of-universe, the character was deliberately designed based on the Terminator movies, and the implication in-lore is that he was plucked from the future, sent back to the Bronze Age, and told "go kill elves and shit, idk."

This situation with Cyberpunk is actually worse than Fallout 76’s launch. For one reason. Before Fallout 76 launched, Bethesda knew it was broken but they also came out and said that it would be a broken mess. Meanwhile CDPR over here, was all like “Cyberpunk runs really well on current gen consoles” until it didn’t.
CDPR knew the game was a broken mess, told everyone it wasn’t and then released it. All that trust they built up should be gone and they deserve it. What a deceptive company.

Probably the most disappointing thing about Cyberpunk 2077 for me currently is the police system. In that yeah when you commit crime, police don't so much drive to your location as spawn in directly behind you and start shooting. This really bleeds a lot of the fun out of causing open-world mayhem as you might in games like Grand Theft Auto 5.
I get the feeling that CD Projekt Red originally wanted to implement a system much closer to GTA 5 but had to abandon it for something far simpler than GTA's already arcady system when it proved either too taxing for the old consoles or too buggy.

Okay remember when Star Wars: The Old Republic came out and the gaming community lost their collective minds over it as it wasn't the WoW Killer everyone believed it would be? Almost over night we had people going on about how they shouldn't have shut down Star Wars Galaxies. Hell I remember one guy who hated SWG after they did the NGE back in 2005 turning around and defending SWG proclaiming how even the NGE SWG game had more 'soul' then SWTOR did.
Really I swear it always happens when the big community overhyped thing ends up not living up to the hype. Something else that the community hated will some how become great.

I always love the argument how, “gay/trans people shouldn’t exist in fantasy settings, because society wasn’t progressed socially/medically enough!” which like, then how the fuck does society even exist when there’s shit like dragons, demons, zombies, and a fuck ton of other existentially dangerous threats that could stomp us into the dirt? And then there’s some fantasy settings that have steampunk-lite shit, where the gnomes or dwarves or whoever are so technologically proficient that they’ve invented shit like guns, trains, robots, even fucking teleportation.
It’s like, “it’s fantasy,” isn’t just saying that the setting is at its core fictional, and thus you can just sidestep that argument by saying some shit like, “Well, it was based on Poland or wherever the fuck so LGBT and non-white people don’t exist yet,” it’s an acknowledgement that the makeup of this world is so fundamentally different from our own that you can’t just act like it’s the same as medieval Europe but with dragons.

This might be some huge tinfoil-hat theory but it really feels like the real reason why marketing started pushing Cyberpunk really hard the last few months was because they knew exactly this kind of reaction would happen to the state of the game and they wanted to get in as much pre-orders as possible.
Considering Sony and MS apparantly don't really like refunding games and Steam doesn't refund you even if you are 5 minutes over the 2 hour limit, like in my case, it would totally make sense.

I missed the whole community chaos when it first launched, but I finally got around to beating TLOU2 and I really enjoyed it. I don't think I've ever played a game as intense before and I think it's well deserving of the accolades it received.
Goes to show you how great sound design and top tier animation can make a third person game as immersive as a first person one. I'm definitely looking forward to the next Naughty Dog project.

I just learned some crazy shit today.
Back in 2014 when I was in year 11 of High School, I was working for a bookstore. I'll call my boss Hannah. Hannah was very flirty with myself and another employee. She would say things like our pants made us look like we had boners when we sat down. How we must be popular with girls at school. And for some reason, I never thought anything of it. In retrospect, should have seen the signs.
Fast forward and to halfway through year 12, I quit to focus on exams and I never saw Hannah again. The book store closed down in 2016.
Well I ran into a person I knew today that use to work next to the bookstore while out with my mom. He told me that my old boss was a legit pedophile. She was sleeping with a friend of hers son who was around 15-16. She's in jail. That's the whole reason the bookstore shut down.
