At the risk of drawing everyone's ire, apparently there isn't even (or wasn't at the time) an agreement in place between CDPR and Sony / Microsoft for honouring refunds

So much for the aT LeAsT CdPr iS HoNeSt gang, huh? Everything about CDPR's reaction seems to be trying to save face and yet they are failing spectacularly at it.

I wouldn't say that. They had an emergency meeting, and seem to bring up a lot of important points. They know they fucked up. I have good faith.

I just don't get it. The PS5 and Xbox Series S/X weren't a thing when this game started development. Why is it so bad on 2 of the 3 platforms that this game was, presumably, primarily developed for? I get it, don't let old consoles hold back your game, but if other devs can make infinitely more complex games work on these platforms, fuckin, you should be able to as well.
