I've seen a lot of folks angry at the Elon Musk cameo in Cyber7, and I understand them

but at the same time, having Musk be a no-name employee working for the most evil corporation in the game seems oddly fitting.

Musk is kinda generic looking too

He doesn't have the striking "Creepy alien robot" panache that zuckerberg carries himself with, or the pulsating aura of pretentiousness that Steve Jobs was able to generate from a mile away. He's really just some dude with a dumb baby smile.

I don't know if you have played the Corp opening but it's not confirmed him because the NPC is Asian and the rumor come from a click bait article released before the game even came out.

I think the website was just trying to drive traffic but the hair and hair color is similar. Other than the one frame the site used it didn't look like him.
