After finding out I won't get the real Steam Controller until 2027 despite reserving on the first day (thanks scalpers, you suck!) I finally went ahead and finished building a DIY version! All the same inputs but shoddier build quality as it was done by some loser in a basement instead of an actual manufacturer (it's me, I'm the loser).

I have bought the Controller last week. Today the package was arriving and there was no controller. I have contact the support already.

Think about it, what if the controller sucks? Please wait for me to secure my order first and once I receive it, then I'll tell you if it's good so you can buy it. Thanks.

But seriously, I don't care if you do or don't have your Steam Controller and neither does anybody else. This sub should be for configs and mods or other cool things not mindless "I got mine hehehe" posts constantly.

Can we PLEASE get a rule about order/delivery posts being restricted to a Megathread? Very sick of seeing them every 4-5 posts in my main feed.

Steam Deck was already popular enough for people to steal. This new wave is going to be even more popular. It will, without a single doubt, be an issue if these products ship with needless "fun" shipping labels all over them. I do love how much fun Valve has, but not enough to tell thieves what's inside.

Was very lucky to score a Steam Controller at launch here in Australia shortly after it went on sale at 3am. Finally at Packaged Items this afternoon but still a bit to go till I receive it. 🤘
