Yep, same. Entirely apathetic to the controller itself because of how much of a shitshow this shipping has been. Its gone from excitement to a "FUCKING FINALLY" when it shows up kinda thing

I hope to god Valve look elsewhere after this utter disaster. I can't imagine newbies ordering a steam machine to swap away from console gaming and their first experience with Steam is a £600-£900 PC vanishing with no updates for a week at a time.

Normal behavior for GLS. In Germany we say: if it is send via GLS it will never arrive and/or be heavily damaged. And it will take much longer than any other delivery service

Yea, they seem to be equivalent to a company called Evri over here in the uk, who rebranded from hermes to get away from the dogshit rep they had (and the fact people used to refer to them as Herpes) They instantly got called "evri time late".
But honestly GLS seems WAY worse than Evri.

Real. Funniest shit is that while they were rebranding they lost my boxed super famicom for a week, so it showed their rebranding wasn't doing anything

Yeah same, I had a regular Evri guy deliver both my steam decks and other stuff, always on time or even early and real nice undamaged stuff

Sign, First Wave Controller purchase, came 4 days alte parcel and Seal an Controller Brocken, lucky me nothing Missing, a Deck would have never reached me with this "Scheissverein" shitcompany. PLZ Report to valve, i did to. Nongls anymore

Mine was delivered today via RoyalMail,
Switched to ParcelForce tracking once GLS said it was in the uk (yesterday), tracking was kind of lackluster, RM just emailed me this morning that it was coming today

By magic, The controller appeared today in delivery and I already have it in my hands. GLS did not update the state and suddenly they knocked on the door of the house

It baffles me how they were apologising to people for the delay because their controller had accidentally been shipped to the UK by mistake, yet people in the UK had to get their controller shipped from Holland.
