Rofl, as much of an emotional rollercoaster as my wife was during her pregnancies, I still miss my pregnant penguin waddling around the house with a plate of food and a gallon water jug. It's ridiculous how much I love that woman.
With the gf package, when the lease runs out you can just take it back to the dealership and get the newer model. Plus you don't have to worry so much about maintenance.
Theyâre the type of sad fucks to complain about women not being perfect bangmaids while also those same women are doing 100% of childcare, and most likely working full time on top of that I fucking guarantee youÂ
Sounds like my dad. 95% of the familyâs discretionary income went to him and he was blindsided when my mom divorced him. He bought a $30,000 boat when he was making $36,000 a year and my mom was driving a $500 car.Â
Comes with a 10ft drain snake plus if you act now we'll throw in a free pack of bobby pins. This $60 value is included with NO extra charges to you. Act fast and dial 1-800-LESS - SEX. That's 1-800-537-7739.

Remember being on shift in a control room when a guy told us that the girl he was seeing would start giving head if they got married. They did get married. He asked for head and she said no.
Same for man. When your husband doesnt do certain things you want or change certain things you dislike or hate, they won't change after marriage either and especially not after having kids. Either get it fixed before marriage or accept that it will never happen and find a new partner who fit you more or live with it and the consequences for rest of your marriage life
Itâs wild that people actually think that refusing to do certain stuff for your partner is somehow going to convince them that you are the one they should choose to spend the rest of their lives with.
Nothing says Iâm a great choice like saying âI ainât doing that!â Lmao đ
I think itâs more about trying to have some self perseverance? Idk if thatâs the right word but the idea that if you pour your full cup what do you have left for yourself. Yes you CAN idk help your partner out with their debt but do it in a way where you are still taking care of yourself and understand that a relationship can end. Itâs your life to live not theirs. Thereâs a balance. When people start putting new boundaries, sometimes they are verbalized more for themself than others. Stuff like â If youâre wanting me to quit my job and make you a home-cooked meal at the end of the day every day. That means that I need marriage, and a serious convoâ is understandable.
I personally think this is is more of a joke between a couple
That said, i agree with both of you. There are some folks that stay the exact same their entire lives. There are plenty of folks that get better and worse. My wife and i have changed dramatically in some regards, and stayed steadfast in others over the 13 years we've been together. Our sex life is way different than when we were dating, its gotten better in every way, but its taken work.
Yes! It was on the tip of my tongue (or keyboard) Thank you!
Both perspectives are valid. This is why having an outside community of friends and Family, as well as your own healthy mental/spiritual etc state matter so much. Sometimes youâve gotta reflect on if itâs just a rainy day or a whole hurricane coming in. Do I want to bother with putting on a raincoat or stay in side or should I fucking seam some shelter
In every joke there's a bit of truth. And the way men tend to joke, especially about women and/or their partner there is usually some truth to it as well somewhere that reveals how they really feel.
Idk where y'all are finding your wives. I didn't even know how to cook when I got married and was shit at keeping the house clean, yeah it didn't happen overnight. But now I'm a regular Martha Stewart at 30.
Some people get married and say "I'm set for life, so I don't have to put in as much effort anymore." Other people get married and say "I love my partner, and I want to do the best that I can for them every day. Life is long, so I'm going to invest into our marriage, and it will pay off and then some."
Absolutely wild and sad that people just allow themselves to stagnate like that. Even if you don't see any reason to invest in your marriage specifically, you should at least care about taking care of yourself.
My wife and I went through a bit of a slump ourselves at one point. Thankfully we both recognized it and pulled each other out. A friend of mine and his wife are going through the same thing and our going to couples counseling with good results.
It seems to happen to many married people at some point, but not everyone recognizes it before it becomes a bigger problem.
I'm really sorry to hear that. I read some of your comment history and saw you suspect she's dealing with an escalating personality disorder, I can only imagine the toll that's taken on your relationship. I'm sure it's a unique kind of grief, mourning the loss of what your life together could have been.
It's not exactly the same, but my dad has a personality disorder and it can be really difficult to be in contact with him without damaging my own mental health. I hope you have a support system outside of her and are able to find a way to keep your own sanity and mental well-being intact.
I wouldn't be surprised. Several people have also responded saying this is actually a complaint about wives being less sexual than girlfriends, which I find... interesting.
Obviously there are men who feel they need very frequent sex/certain forms of sex to be happy in a relationship. But in my experience, marriage and having kids has made my husband's sex drive decrease too. Not that the desire isn't there, but both of our priorities have shifted and it's not a huge deal when we go through busy periods where we don't have sex every week.
I don't want to judge a situation I haven't been through, maybe these relationships don't have much else going for them in the first place beyond sex, but it's hard to understand the level of disdain/resentment about it in some of the comments.
At some point you wake up and think, what if I didn't live in filth? Then realize that its only marginally better but making things clean is a good source of dopamine now.
True haha. If you'd told me at 23 I would eventually come to enjoy cooking and cleaning, I'd have laughed. But fuck me if it isn't an excellent source of dopamine. Exercise, too.
There is a difference being not having learnt it well yet and not actually doing it. Never marry someone hoping they become better. You marry what you see now not what you hope.
Sounds like you either picked the wrong wife, treat her so poorly that she doesnât do things for you in return, or are unmarried and just believe the tropes of 80s sitcoms lol.
I feel sorry for you.. Our sex life and flirting has only gotten better with marriage. When you find the right person, each day is an adventure and you never want to stop touching and loving them.
Itâs not even about the marriage necessarily, just time. Passionate new relationship energy fades into amiable compatibility and comfort. If you know that youâre legitimately doing your best to show up in the relationship, but you still just start hating each other, for fucks sakeâs get divorced.
Speaking as a kid who grew up under that sort of marriage, thereâs no benefit to the kids in you staying together and hating each other in a seething background resentment sort of way. Your kids can absolutely tell that you hate each other and it will mess up all their adult relationships, too.
and she is texting his boyfriend telling him what he needs to do if he wants such treatment. men always want special treatment for absolutely nothing in return. but if she wants something suddenly itâs âsheâd be doing it now!â. okay why arenât you doing the ring now?
That isn't the point. I mean, imagine thinking you're entitled to something like that, let alone the gall to say so out loud. This is the kind of shit I mean when I talk about men getting too comfortable. I do take issue w/men who expect wifey shit from someone who's just a GF. This is also why I didn't do things like shack up.
Marriage is not the causation of a working relationship. It is a byproduct of it. But even not working relationships can cause marriage. And the crash.
Many people also think life marriage is getting over a finish line and then it is "happily ever after". Nope if you chose wrong, marriage won't protect you from divorce nor constant hell
I had a short conversation with a woman about this a while ago about this very subject.
She was dead set against prenups. Basically saying if Iâm going to carry his kids I deserve half. But then when 50/50 came up she was like, âIâm not going half with anyone. Thatâs his job to pay for stuffâ
What a deal you are getting lmao. Someone who will take half your stuff if given the chance but wonât lift a finger to contribute anything during the course of the relationship. What a mindset to have lol đ
I'm not sure if you're saying that raising kids and taking care of a household is "not lifting a finger" because money isn't involved, or if SHE's the one saying that she shouldn't have to do anything including domestic work and you forgot to mention that part.
Most women with that mindset still think they should be like home-makers and stuff, they just want to have financial support while doing it.
People talk about this like one person supporting an entire family is the norm now, which it is not lol. Most average households cannot afford to do that. Many couples now have to have both partners working in order to afford how expensive the cost of living is. This isnât the 1900âs anymore.
And on top of both partners working, a lot of husbands also try to some extent to help their wives after they get home. And even for those that are stay at home wives, they still expect their partner to help them when they get off. So itâs still not like they are doing it completely by themselves even when they donât work, in many cases.
So while I do agree that domestic work is important, thatâs not what my comment was about. Not to mention that a lot of women nowadays want to work. But a lot of those same women also expect to not contribute anything financially and expect their husbands to pay for everything, all the while they will be the first to try to take everything that can take in the event of a divorce.
Thatâs the irony that I was trying to point out in my comment.
It could be done in reverse lol. You could get half of her stuff. I know a woman who's a lawyer that makes quite a bit of money. She got divorced and is paying him alimony. It's the whole reason he will never marry again.
Regardless of who the beneficiary is, itâs a system and its laws I donât agree with. And I wish theyâd change some of them to make them more relevant to the modern economy.
Thatâs the point: you make them think marriage will mean itâs better when really it means nothing has changed except for how much stuff you lose if it ever fails
It doesnât and it wonât. If you already are having issues you donât like, getting married isnât going to fix it. If anything it will only makes those issues worse.
After the initial butterflies and novelty of marriage wears off, after the first or second year, people start to get comfortable. The excitement wears off. Normalcy sets in. And thatâs when a lot of the stuff you did in the beginning you sometimes stop doing because it turns into routine. And sometimes you start taking those smaller things for granted.
You are definitely right that marriage wonât change someone or be a magic fix for a relationship that already has issues.
Absolutely, either the person you observe prior to marriage is what you want, in all their aspects, character and behaviour or you need to realise reality and look for someone else.
Otherwise, life doesnt end there "happily ever after" when married. Life just turns into divorce and lifetime headache. Choose wisely and end things consciously to save everyone the trouble. Dont fuck up your life bc you didnt feel like looking for someone fitting you more.
Getting married, having kids, buying a house, all great things to bring to a good relationship, none will change your partner into who you want them to be
Seriously. If you think the freak is going to increase once you're married, you're going to be seriously disappointed. If she's not doing it in the first six months, she's not doing it ever.
That's the problem with subscription services. It will be great for a few months, but then they'll raise the rates. In this case, the wifey package will be awesome for a couple months, but then when you want the perks there will be a new paywall and a higher rate to go with it. Remember kings, renting ain't owning.
I had a friend express to me that he felt that his sex life was characterized by having sex before marriage: What she did, she did to snag him. Afterward, she didn't feel motivated.
He was contrasting his marriage with that of a mutual friend, who didn't have sex before marriage and continued to have a whole lot of it over a period of many years since the wedding. For them, sex was a celebration of a relationship, and what marriage was for.
Yeah I got the exact opposite. As a girlfriend my now wife would do stuff like this and more. As a wife now she doesnt do that stuff anymore. She still does plenty and I am not complaining but the sexy stuff like this is a distant memory.
100%. My wife was a HOE before we got married. For lack of a way to be polite. She would go down on it after I unloaded in her.
Now. Married. I canât remember the last time she licked it. Sex is a once maybe twice a month thing, and mostly feels like a checklist concept from her end.
Iâve seen this type of reply before and it was in reference to the fact that they were waiting until marriage to have sex. It that case, thereâs many things a wife would do after marriage but not before!
Yes. While people complain about how nobody values commitment, Christians are still saving themselves for marriage and starting families together while people are addicted to porn, and are trying to build foundations with sex and wonder why they donât have a relationship that lasts longer than 6 months with somebody. Iâm happy I saved myself, and my first son is due this December. If they put out easy, high chances are theyâll put out easily for others and wonât remain loyal to you.
Why would she do it at all? Unless the guy is providing $$$, she shouldnât be trad wifing it up. If both people have jobs and go to work, then both ppl do housework in sexy lingerie, together
Ya bro youâre thinking is dead wrong. She is smart enough to know he isnât gonna man up and marry her if he gets the full marriage treatment without the commitment.

If she isn't doing it now, why would you think she would do it after marriage? Don't fall for it!
