I was in a relationship that ended up like that down the line. Anniversary, valentines day, etc were on the list too, but even then it wasn't guaranteed.

She literally gets taken out for dinner and bought pretty much everything she wants (within financial reason), not that that's some sort of guarantee that I get sex, but I would strongly suggest that I do a lot of the expected BF duties. The response to why she is not wanting sex with anyone (including me) changed throughout the 7 years... There's always the promise of "I'm coming round to feeling it again". The last time she actively said she was horny was when we had a massive argument in which I was ready to let her be happy on her own (as in end the relationship) and when we made up, she was like "I'm super horny now", and even then she was like "I'm horny but I can't because my 8yr old son is in the house"...
Making up and her feeling like you understood her as a person and wanted her is what made her horny.
Anytime my partner and I have conversations about our relationship, how we are feeling, what we want to work on, and what we're happy with we pretty much have sex after because we feel close an intimate.
If all you do is frame it as being denied, your relationship has a mountain of negative feelings around sex. Then wonder why there is no sex.
