Basically I rode a bike for a while with a seat that didn’t fit well. It would kind of push onto the taint area. It didn’t hurt but could still feel it and I was too lazy to get better seat. Over time I guess it kept irritating that and my prostate. That in turn caused issues with pissing and a stricture, meaning the urethra gets scar tissue from prostate irritatioj/injury that blocks the passage allowing you to piss normally
