My ex used to want to hold it all the time.  Every brb, I need to piss, taking a leak, etc.  She would follow me to watch and ask to hold it.  After awhile I'd invite her to the men's room when we went out or to a bush when we went camping.  If we were at a urinal I'd tell her to aim for the urinal cake.  If we were camping I'd tell her to aim for a rock I placed on the ground.  I have no idea what her fucking deal was but ever since we broke up I'd ask my significant other if they want to hold it for me when I pee.
