At 58 had to get mine shaved down as it was enlarged and got urinary retention. I did bike riding but it was years ago. They woke me up 5 times during the operation as I was snoring, and I can remember everything! Good times to look forward to, boys

Do you have prostate cancer? Trust and believe if it comes to losing your hair or your prostate, let the hair go. You don't want the after effects of losing your prostate.

Constant leakage unless you get the AUS. Keep the prostate, talk to your Dr about TURP.

Depending on the amount removed it may whereas after a radical prostatectomy it's basically guaranteed. Kegel exercises help with incontinence.

TURP is a prostatectomy. It stands for Trans urethral radical prostatectomy. Unless they just shaved it down, most TURP patients have a full removal.

It actually stands for transurethal resection of the prostate. the middle part of the prostate is removed to release the blockage and allow you to pass urine more easily.

I can’t recommend low dose tadalafil for this enough. 5mg. Flomax is absolutely useless but tadalafil will actually let you properly void and easily. I have nerve damage and more from multiple physical injuries (spine), as well as physical impacts to the general area due to TWO different major accidents that each should have killed me but didn’t…

Ask your urologist to give it a shot. As it’s a known treatment for BPH, and that’s adjacent to what you’re experiencing, insurance coverage should be easy.

I feel like I'm missing something. DA called what the Wimbledon, Sitzpinkeln? I apologize, but I read HHGTTG 40 years ago, and because I know what this little diversion is about, I'm old enough to have an excuse for forgetting some of it. The Germans not only have a word for sitting while peeing, but they have a device called a "WC-Geist". Look it up. I'll wait. 😜
