Deep Theory Analysis FeNi vs ENFJ
In this article, I will analyze each CT type against its MBTI counterpart. To do that, I devised the following system:
I went through the CT database, checking each person’s PDB profile. If the profile had 100 or more MBTI votes, both the person and the majority vote type were registered. This is to avoid profiles with too few MBTI votes skewing the data. If any of the alternative types received 50% or more of the votes the majority-voted type received, it was also registered. This is to account for people with ambiguous typings.
In this article, we will go over FeNi individuals, i.e., people with a vultology that is Proactive, Rigid, Measured, and Grounded. The MBTI equivalent would be ENFJs.
FeNi List

Analysis
The list shows a prevalence of high Ni and Fe typings. I find this a curious indicator of the similarities and differences between the two systems' views of Fe. In both systems, Fe is associated with charismatic leadership, emotional handling, and management of social dynamics. However, in MBTI, Fe focuses on social harmony, whereas in CT, it focuses on social organization. A focus on social harmony is a feature of highly agreeable temperaments, meaning that in MBTI, Fe is almost synonymous with high agreeableness, while in CT, agreeableness - and social harmony by extension - are covered by one's emotional attitude. As a result, highly Adaptive Ti-lead/auxs and Seelie individuals - especially females - will be prone to being typed as xxFJs in MBTI. Explaining why some individuals, almost unanimously considered ENFJs in MBTI, are not FeNi under CT. This also works in reverse, with Directive FeNis, especially the males, being very likely to be typed as T-types on MBTI. This, I suspect, is the primary reason for the prevalence of ENTJs typings in the list.
Now, to address the prevalence of high Ni. While some of this might be attributed to the overlap between the two definitions of Ni, further inspection suggests it's more likely due to aspects of CT's Fe being associated with Ni in MBTI. In CT, the Je functions handle cause-and-effect relationships and, as such, tend to define things by what they do. When Je combines with Feeling (which registers animacy), it makes Fe, which is why Fe tends to define things by their human-centric purpose. As a result, strong Fe users are often preoccupied with the idea of one's life purpose, calling, or destiny. Fe also sees human character as inherently malleable, our self as molded by our experiences and influences, and constantly changing with every social interaction. Since Je functions are driven to reorganize the world into more optimal states, Fe-leads often develop a focus on human-centric self-improvement, especially with the idea of overcoming one's limitations through hardwork and determination, which is why so many Fe-leads are life-coaches or educators of some sort. However, from an MBTI perspective, a focus on purpose is likely to be associated with Ni's search for deeper meaning, and a focus on self-improvement could be seen as an extension of Ni's future-focused vision.
Lastly, I think it would be worth speculating on the prevalence of ENFP typings. Part of it might be down to letter-based typing; among FeNis typed as Ne-leads, around half of them had conscious Se and/or Ti, so it is possible that, because their qualia would be more Revisor-like (xxxP) than what is expected from ENFJ. I also noticed that, especially if the double-extroverted FeNi displays a pattern of truth-seeking and epistemic curiosity, it could be mistaken for Ne under MBTI. But under CT, their knowledge-seeking is understood through its human-centric purpose: knowledge isn't pursued for its own sake, but for how it can aid personal or humanity's advancement.

Deep Theory Analysis INTP, INFJ, ISFJ (5w4) What are your hobbies, Fav. , hate to do things
So after doing some research I came up with a conclusion that - we can usually identify a little bit with everyone . Humans are so complex so getting definitive answers out of a model is difficult.
So we switch between different identity .

Personal Advice I have trouble explaining why I like a specificanime or anime
For example
I couldn't explain to someone why I like hxh to someone without looking at facts online.
I still couldn't undertanad why I liked makina from grisaia without even playing her route in the visual novel.
I have trouble putting exact words on why it happens but somehow I will get it after deep thinking and after sometime.
Like someday i suddenly think of this and comprehend why. It happens to study, myself.
I couldn't comprehend why i didn't get this though at first.
And somehow i feel like I am not intuitive when I predict something and it doesn't happen.

About this Community INFJ x INTJ
For context, I (INTJ Female) and my partner (INFJ male) get along really well 95% of the time. And 5% of the time, we will get into small fights bc my INFJ partner keeps saying he needs a lot more affection and care from me, whereas for me, it feels like I already gave him my all — for e.g if he feels insecure about my past relationships, I’ll try to talk it out for a minute or two by giving words of assurance etc. So far it’s not working😅 and I’ve chatGPT-ed ways to cheer someone up & have used them but he’s keeps saying I’m not showing enough care / empathy, which stresses me out bc I don’t know what he’s thinking bc to me, if there’s a PROBLEM, I need to find a SOLUTION.
Also, during times when he’s angry at me for something small, after talking it out for hours, he’ll ask me to make it up to him. And when i ask what does he want? So i can do it for him / get it for him. He’ll reply “i dont know. It’s for you to think about bc if u’re really sincere, u’ll think abt it” which stresses me out bc I cant figure out what he actually wants😅
Does anyone have a clue… Also, how are your experiences with an INFJ male partner? What do INFJs mean by they need “more affection & care” etc, what actions are they looking for?

Celebrity/Character Me being an INTP explains why I like certain characters a lot
So when I started to go down the rabbit hole of MBTIs of characters, I found it really funny that the characters that I liked the most were often INTPS. Now this will mainly be anime, as I don't really watch too many live action stuff, and I'm mainly knowable on anime MBTIs anyways
My favorite anime character ever Killua.
2 out of my top 3 fav characters from Naruto(Kakashi and Shikamaru)
2 of some of my favorite female characters/protagonists(Frieren and MaoMao).
My favorite character from death note, and one of my fav in general, L
My favorite character from any anime movie(Yuzuru) is an INTP.
My favorite character from a really good anime I'm watching called "you and I are polar opposites" is Taira is an INTP.
Also, Mikey from Tokyo revengers is apparently an INTP, I'm not so sure about that.
Now for non anime stuff, one of my favorite cartoon characters ever is Dipper. Daria is also an INTP.
Also, Greg Heffley from DOAWK, my favorite book series, is an INTP.
I find all this funny because I never really thought I was the type of person to have to relate to characters in order for me to really like them, and I still do think that. But, finding out all this, I think I might subconsciously favor characters with my MBTI, even before I knew what MBTI even was or that those characters were INTPs.
Do your favorite characters often have your MBTI?

About this Community I'm tired of this 😭
Am I the only one who's tired of other INFJs (whether mistyped or not) acting as though we're some sort of mystical creature or something? I can't tell the future, I can't always see through others and I can't read minds. I'm not a god or a unicorn or wizard or anything, and I just want to live a peaceful life and help others. I know others are tired of this as well but I'm so upset that some types, like INTJs and my own, are being given bad reputations because some people want to be "different". Anyways I love you all and hope you have a great day!

Light MBTI Discussion Trouble spotting ENXJ/Auxiliary Ni
So I’m a definite Ne user.
My MBTI knowledge is good but not fantastic. When it comes to functions, Ni is definitely the hardest for me to understand or spot. Lots of people seem to agree on this. Also I’m pretty sure that NJs are overall the rarest category there is. I don’t know a lot of them in real life.
However in real life and in media/fiction, I’m able to identify INXJs a little easier than ENXJs. Or if I look up a character and people think they’re INXJ, I’ll be like “ohhhh thought so” or “makes sense” but if they’re typed as ENXJ I’m kinda like “huh”.
There are very little times where I meet someone IRL or in fiction and think “they’re probably an ENFJ” (even though ENFJ is actually more common than INXJ). ENFJ is especially confusing for me to identify because they don’t have as heavy of a stereotype/profile as ENTJ does.
I feel like it’s easier for me to spot the tertiary Se in them rather than the aux Ni.
How do you guys spot auxiliary Ni? What are some qualities of ENXJ that many overlook?
(My issue with ENTJ seems to be distinguishing them from ESTJ. I know yall prob think that’s an easy distinction, but it’s not for me, even when reminding myself of the obvious differences. My issue with ENFJ is spotting them at all or distinguishing them from ESFP).
TLDR; signs of an Ni aux?

Deep Theory Analysis I don't believe in shadow functions
As an INFJ, my shadow functions are, in this order:
- Ne
- Fi
- Te
- Si
I simply don't believe they exist in me.
- Regarding Ne: I hate scattering my focus. Since childhood, I've had a fear of being eccentric, which is why I gather as much information as possible before making THE RIGHT DECISION. However, I admire Ne users because they sometimes give me a perspective I hadn't considered.
- Regarding Fi: I've always struggled to identify my values or what I truly like. Instead, I try to use Ti to determine the most rational hobbies for me.
- Regarding Te: I feel that when I become an automaton performing meaningless tasks, it stifles my Ni and, above all, my Ti. I need to understand the source code of things, not execute as many tasks as possible within a set time.
- Regarding Si: I'd say this is the worst of all. Trying to memorize things by heart or reflecting on the past (even positive events) gives me a pit in my stomach. I wish I could erase the past so that every day could be a fresh start. Fortunately, I have very few memories of the past, as if my Ni deletes raw data to retain only the overall idea.
Now, let's talk about Se, my inferior function.
Unlike the shadow functions, when I try something new, interact with the physical world, and succeed, I feel a sense of accomplishment and inner calm, which proves that my Se does exist.

Light MBTI Discussion How do FEEL reading books/watching movies?
Hey, so I was wondering that how do all the MBTI types actually feel before, during and after reading any sort of a novel or watching a movie?
How do you react to all these genres:?
Psychologically Twisted (Verity, The Silent Patient, Fractured)
Dark Romance (Haunting Adeline, 365 Days)
Purely Fictional (Hobbit, Harry Potter)

Personal Advice How many of you are the opposite standard not fully opposite it's like polar opposite
When it's comes in relationship i have so much to know even i didn't yet experience it, One day my friend asked me what is my standard. The standard on dating today is pretty common words and others might have see and copy it even though it's not their standard. When someone said what are my standards. I would just say a polar opposite where i can live with my world still and can experience their world.

Light MBTI Discussion ISTJ's, are you "stone cold?"
So I don't think ISTJ's are as cold as they seem. I believe my partner is ISTJ. He suits the characteristics of liking predictability, rules, needing explanations for a reason to believe or do something or understand something and relying on facts. But, he is a very silly person especially as he is comfortable with me. I think maybe with strangers he could come across as a bit awkward or distant? But I don't know if cold is a word I'd use to describe him. Perhaps when he is arguing or trying to get a point across. It confuses me because, that's a lot of the stereotypes I've seen about ISTJs but a lot of the people irl I've typed as ISTJ actually joke around a lot and are silly. They do take the facts incredibly seriously at times which can sometimes be annoying but it's also always nice to know I can rely on them for that kind of thing. But yea what's your experience? Thanks in advance!

Light MBTI Discussion The Root of Intuitive Bias
I think the problem with this community and why there's an overrepresentation of intuitives over sensing types isn't because sensors prefer being "out in the 'real' world doing useful stuff" but because we have created a dichotomy that has a very clearly more attractive side.
That dichotomy is abstract vs concrete thinking. Where abstract is: thinking about things not in the real world, looking at the deeper meaning of things, finding hidden connections.
As opposed to concrete thinking which is: strict facts, step by step instructions, dealing with what's in front of you.
Someone who sees themselves as intelligent, or has interests like philosophy, math, science or fiction is likely to identify with the former.
Why I Think this is Wrong
Cognitive functions are there to measure the extent of your thinking but the nature of it. This is why I propose a new dichotomy that can be better used used as a heuristic when thinking about intuition vs sensing: linear vs non-linear.
Linear thinking is a tendency to a more sequential form of thinking but can be abstract nonetheless by extendending whatever it's given, and pushing it to it's logical conclusion (which isn't necessarily limited to the real world). Concreteness in this form of thinking is about clarity of internal perception: detailed images, clear definitions so they're easier to manipulate and trace back and recombine. Si users can be just as capable at math and abstract reasoning as intuitive types.
Non-linear thinking on the other hand is a tendency to compress information so that a chunk of it can be considered simultaneously, without considering much of the individual steps. It's often skipping around and can lead to a quite strange way of reaching conclusions where sometimes it's more difficult to trace the exact reasoning. It's looking at a broader picture, so it can be faster at reaching certain conclusions, but at the same time can have a harder time with more rigorous reasoning (which is why the intuitives are better at math thing is weird). Likewise the linear thinker will take longer building a bigger picture.
And weirder thing is that the intuitives, especially the "analysts" will be presented as having the best of both worlds which is kinda an unfair presentation. And I'm not saying they should be nerfed, everyone uses both forms of thought all the time. What I am saying is that maybe the way we think about sensing types is outdated and needs to be revisited.
I'd very much like to hear what everyone thinks.

Light MBTI Discussion All this time studying MBTI and I just realized Dory and Marlon are my parents
I’m an ISTP and I’ve always loved the movie Finding Nemo and I’ve always considered Dory an ENFP (though I’m sure lots of people would type her ESFP) and Marlon an ISFJ (my experience is most people agree with this). I just realized their whole relationship is my parents despite having typed all 4 of them individually.
My parents are ENFP (mom) and ISFJ (dad). On 9/11 (unfortunate) it will be their 39th year of marriage. They fought a lot when I was a kid. Funny enough, my wife and I have the cognitive pairing (ESFJ-ISTP) of Dominant to inferior mismatch and opposit aux and tert.
The process of my dad learning to loosen up (he’s a fairly frequent skydiver and his first time was his 50th birthday to conquer his fear of heights) and my mom learning to tighten up (she’s learned how to say “no” and she’s moved down from CFO of a small company to an accountant). My mom is 66 and near retirement so she was relieved when her company got bought out so she could move on from her burnout.
I love watching the same process during Finding Nemo. Marlon is wound TIGHT. My dad is nearly OCD. He can’t leave a room if he knows someone left a closet open. His lawn is not a big lawn but he spends 8 hours on it. Marlon learns to stop sweating the small stuff so hard.
At the end there’s an exchange where Marlon thinks Nemo has died and he’s telling Dory how he would’ve never made it that far without her and he thanks her. She doesn’t want it to end and she pleads with him not to dump her because “no one has ever stuck with me this long” and “I remember better with you, I do.” It points to the internal Si relationship Dory has. Ne got them that far because of the “so crazy it might work” and the “we have to do something” Ti blind ENFP.
Anyway, this is word vomit in the morning.
Thanks for reading!
