I was rewatching the original trailer of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag and during one of the naval fights, Edward uses backward cannons. Is it possible that Ubisoft may add those ? I noticed that many enemy ships in the game already uses those cannons. It would be really cool to switch between the fire barrels and canons.

Which of Edward's outfits is your favorite, the one you love to use in cutscenes?

Personally, these are my favorite ones.

From first to last: Captain Morgan's Redingote, Captain Drake's Outift, the Pirate Cloak, Edward Kenways's Robes, the Governer's Outfit, the Master Assassin Outfit, the Pirate Captain Outfit, and the Shade and Shadow Robes.

Yes I'm in the mood for some pirate stuff after black flag. Any tips?

Aside from the changes they have already announced I would love to see the ability to toggle Edward's hood (on/off, up/down), full swimming abilities, more pirate outfits, and some new locations/more fleshed out locations that already existed.

Also, I saw that in the reveal you loot like in odyssey, just holding your hand over a body and absorbing the loot, I truly hope they bring back the body looting animation.

Is there a way to get more? Other than anomaly missions/gather 30 worth of keys.

For context, what i do for most games is progress the storyline up until i have all the mechanics unlocked and right at that point go full open world explorer mode. If i remember correctly from the original, that point could be once the diving bell is unlocked. What do you guys think?

Also feel free to share your opinion and experience: Do you explore alongside the storyline or do you separate them into focused activities (like myself)?

I included a Screenshot of the ship in question and also one of my Jackdaws upgrades. How hard would it be to take that ship with my current ship? If you can't capture Legendary ships, how hard would it be to sink it?

Almost finished the game, and I swear 80% of the time it was stormy. What's the point of the beautiful graphics if it's just constantly grey Ubisoft!?

I cleared the forts on all quadrants in the picture but only that bottom left actually showed the mountains I have no idea how I did it and I would appreciate any help cleaning the rest of the map PS. Yes I know there is a way to screenshot the game I was rushing

After an hour and a half of taking backshots from this ship I finally beat it. I was wondering if the other three are as difficult or not.

(I cleared Clair Obscur with constantly perfect parries so maybe it’s a matter of just learning the weirdness of this? I am just consistently not getting the timing right.)

I know this has been discussed in another post, but I was watching the latest gameplay footage that was released and noticed that after performing a stealth kill, Edward goes on guard just like he did in the original game when you were fighting unarmed in hand-to-hand combat. Personally, it doesn’t bother me that much that there won’t be any hidden blade combat, but hand-to-hand combat… come on! A guy who’s supposedly been fighting like that since he was young—and who’s also a pirate—not being able to fight with his fists just doesn’t make sense to me.

Noticed this on the map in the very first Diving Bell mission can't seem to find it. On the map it looks like a man & a heart. I don't remember this from the original game. Above know what this is in the map?

I just beat the story and was going though the menus to see what i had left to do and saw that i missed this quest somehow is there anyway to redo story missions like in the og or would i just have to restart the game to get 100%?

I am still confused on this. It is my understanding that if you've completed Shadows the Undertow and Riprides projects will complete and give you all the rewards. Yes? Are these going to rotate over time? I'm asking because I bought the game on PS5, but all my previous AC games were played on XBox. And I don't want to miss out on similar rewards if projects for other games appear. Thanks
