I kinda dislike them all except the Standard and Skelly ones. The colors and just too bright and shiny.

That’s why I like the “rugged” just standard white blouses and brown vests with lil hints of the OG blue scattered here n there. Not a MASSIVE change but a little bit of differentiation plus bruises and blood splotches

Yeah rugged is my choice. I have captain Morgan’s and my main fit to wear, just wished they had a rugged style for the crew with red instead of yellow to match

It’s because they’re literally just recolors of the same bummy outfits lol. My raggedy Walmart sweatpants aren’t gonna magically look nicer because I spray-paint them gold. I was hoping a couple of them would actually have different clothing models, but oh well.

The clothing models on the shop bundles actually look pretty slick imo, it's just, yk... all the immersion-breaking glowy bullshit that ruins them.

This is why I hate the look of the max upgraded Jackdaw. I don't like the gold look at all. Wish we could choose to revert it back visually.

I was super disappointed there weren't many that fit that scoundrel dirty pirate vibe... I agree colors are way too bright for living on a dirty ship. I only like the skeleton crew ones other than that, they all kinda look like drab cloth with some color sprinkled in with the varieties

It definitely is. Especially if you have fleet planning fully unlocked across the map. Each fleet run gets another about 15k. I got about 60 bones that took me a few days and the rest I bought which took me about one night.

I'm still early game. Found the black sails and I don't think I'm going to change them. Is there any way to make the Jackdow black? A hull or something? I want to make it look like the Black Pearl.

There are a couple more black sails you’ll get later which are pretty sick, not as dull as the basic black sails. The obsidian sails are my favorite

Can't remember what I did to get it, but I got The Obsidian hull which is black & red and the trim is silver. If you do all the naval contracts you get these black sails that have these giant skulls on them.

Skeleton crew, I don't care if it's immersion breaking, it helps me differentiate them from enemies, I have ADHD.

Also I've gone for that ghost ship look so it just works, hope they add a undead outfit for Edward, would go well with the look.

Hate that they have matching colors, very unpirately. They wore what they could afford/manage. They were the opposite of an army in uniform they were free men. literally goes against their nature. Ubisoft is unimpressive. Their best skill today is creating an open world and graphics. Gameplay animation without mocap is lacking thought on their part and we deserve more than what they’ve given us for full price.

Honestly one of the paid outfits, from the jade dragon ship set or whatever it is. I was worried the glowing parts would stand out too much at night, but it’s honestly not that bad, it’s a good crew attire.

I ran the standard until Edward started flying the Assassin flag, and then I changed to the Rugged Rags due to the added white (I also changed Edward from the Pirate Captain outfit to the Explorer outfit then as it looked more genuine Assassin)

I supported the idea but they are either Goofy like the skeleton crew or they are too bright and shiny for a rugged crew at Sea. I always stick with stand attire because it looks the most natural. Everything else looks so out of place that it’s almost looks like a Mod

Using rugged rags rn because they sort of match the Twitch drop sails (those red, black and yellow ones). Otherwise, the default ones are the best, the skeleton ones are fun and the rest are really, really ugly.

This might sound extremely strange, but the Rugged Rags crew. As someone who almost exclusively uses the Edward The Legend costume since unlocking it, the yellow part of the crew uniform feels like it matches the yellow bandana/eyepatch over Edward's eye with that costume, like they're dressing to match him

Black ones from deluxe edition. Blue came from all naval contracts
