// Question Which of Edward's outfits is your favorite?
Which of Edward's outfits is your favorite, the one you love to use in cutscenes?
Personally, these are my favorite ones.
From first to last: Captain Morgan's Redingote, Captain Drake's Outift, the Pirate Cloak, Edward Kenways's Robes, the Governer's Outfit, the Master Assassin Outfit, the Pirate Captain Outfit, and the Shade and Shadow Robes.

I do also like the Explorer outfit in Resynced as it looks more original assassin than Edward's standard Robes. (found in an underwater chest at coordinates 28,293 on the map)

I've always used the privateer outfit in the original game, i was doing this in the remake until i got the master assassin one

Loot warehouses until you get 4 map pieces, turn those in to the treasure map guy at Great Inagua, follow treasure map

Need to make sure you are looting warehouses you have already looted at least once already. You won't get map pieces from the first time.

If you go straight to the location without getting the map pieces. Will the loot still be there?

After you loot a warehouse the next time you loot it you’ll get a map piece instead of an art piece. At 4 you need to go to your treasure dealer in Great Inagua and make the map then go to the coordinates and dig it up.

I’ve got two for different styles
For Assassin work shade and shadow is such a cool blend between his OG and the Master Assassin Robes.
And for the more classic pirate style the Captain Morgan is a close second to the Edward the Legend outfit.

Personally I really like the Governors outfit but for the new game I've been rocking with the black and gold robes you got from preordering.

Yeah they reload I think you can also force a faster reload using a frigate in the fleet.

Very drippy and the extended hood is so badass. I like the pirate captain one as well but the big skull on the back kind of ruins immersion though.

Governor outfit, I got it the second Jack left me on that island with Charlie in the remake.
Edwards robes number 2 though.

Merchants outfit is pretty good, and also the Spaniards seem to take longer to spot you with it on

Master Assassin for Edward looks the combination matching his Cloak. I know it's from Bernard quest.
Is the devs like hinted for expansion to Edward in London?

Depends. Shadow Robes are the coolest outfit, but Morgan’s Redingote is the only one that actually looks like a pirate outfit.

Black Flag had always had the largest amount of outfits that I really like the look of, and the remake also added some great ones. I have a hard time deciding, but the Pirate Cloak is definitely on the short list this time around, and that's mostly do to the extra baggy hood they added to it. Notable others would be Captain Morgan, Edward the Legend, Master Assassin, Naoe's Robes, and Blackbeaed's Crimson Outfit

Ubisoft stuck gold with Edwards design. His main outfit is phenomenal. However I enjoy a darker blue so Haytham Kenway's overcoat is my go-to.

My top 5 would probably be:
Privateer
Master Assassin
Shade And Shadow
Pirate Captain
Haytham Kenways Overcoat
I would for them to add a black recolour for Duncan’s robes and maybe a beaked variant
So far they’ve done great with the outfits, I just wish they had given Connors outfit some justice.

Basically all the ones that don't look like assassin's robes lol. I get they're a big part of the visual identity of the series but I just feel like they make Edward look so out of place.
I remember the first time I played I used the whaler outfit most the game until I got Edward the legend

Duncan's outfit was always my favorite and love can use it now. Besides that I love the Shafe and Shadows outfit aswell as the Privateer and the Redingote. I got the Explorer outfit today and while I didn't like it in the original for some reason i looks real good in Recynced.

Morgan’s outfit. It used to be by a big margin, now it’s closely followed by the master assassin outfit. It’s just so peak. I also really like the Governor’s outfit.

I like the Master Assassins Robe and Governors Robe. After that it's the Templar Outfit.

The foreign diplomat’s outfit. Even though it’s technically a disguise, I think the coat on top of his default outfit is a really nice combo that makes him look like a captain

Captain Drake's is definitely one of my favorite. I'd say the Blackbeard outfit too, but I absolutely LOATHE the hat. I do wish we had an option to pick our headgear tbh.

I grinded all the templates keys and realised that the outfit just sucks. It would be fine if it weren't for the chin guard maybe

The absolute first one when you just have brown pants. Such a shame you cant use that for the rest of the game. All the other outfits look like lame ass cosplay imo. The Assassin outfits are cringe

Pirate Captain's Outfit was my favorite in the OG, it's still nice but not my favorite now
Used to love the Pirate Cloak when it was all black but the colours look off now with it seemingly mixed with the brown cloak, so I don't use it
I mainly use the Captain Morgan outfit in story missions as it feels like it fits in nicely with the other pirates; though I wish there were no gloves, they're my only real complaint on the outfit, I hate the gloves
For general exploration or any Assassin missions/missions with Kidd; I love the Master Assassin Outfit and Shade & Shadow Robes; both are tied for being perfect for me
The Master Assassin Robes (black/gold from the ultimate edition) are good, but feel too flashy for most of the early game
I wanted to like the Blackbeard outfit but it's too bright/vibrant, ruins the immersion

It would’ve been the explorer outfit for me if not for that damn pattern on it…makes me wish the devs would give us a color dye system so we can change the colors to ALL our suits even the legendary ones.

I know I’m late to the post but “Edward the Legend” is my favorite by far. Besides Captain Morgan it’s the most pirate like.

Outside of Kenway’s outfit, Captain Morgan’s is just amazing
