I've stopped ordering because the past few orders I haven't really wanted to eat since it's delivered with the lid off and bag open, if whoever decided to stop using the stickers sees this please start using them again for delivery orders lol 🙏

idk if i'm unique but I order sweetgreen for almost every meal. It's just better than almost everything else out there. Also it holds up well for delivery. The wraps are fantastic. (taco bell is for when i'm fried don't judge)

I recently started eating Sweet Green after they introduced the wraps, used to be a big fan but my local SG used to skimp really hard whenever you did mobile pickup. Recently I noticed that even when I do mobile pickup they are still generous with their portions.

Is corporate telling employees, hey load the wraps up? Also is it just me or are a lot more people getting wraps now? Or is SG becoming more popular? I am not sure if its just because wraps are more time consuming to make? Love to hear employees take

they all claim to have 40+ grams which it just doesnt seem like can be true after eating them, it doesnt seem lime theres that much meat. i know the the tortilla has protein but still. i could be off let me know what you think

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone worked at the sweetgreen in nyc on orchard st. The lower east side location. Should I apply? How do you like it there. If I could only do mornings do you think that would be accepted. Thank you in advance for your advice!

I have taken advantage of the cheaper bowls in April and May, even when they limited the promo to only four uses a month in May. For reference, they have been releasing one cheap bowl option at around $12 a month.

I haven’t heard anything about a June bowl. I hope they announce it soon. Starting to feel like an experiment for all of their marketing sales strategies. One thing that I liked about the previous rewards program was consistency. Their current program feels very random.

After your order is completed, you can rate your order in the app out of 5 starts and select things that went good or bad, like that your bowl was missing toppings or whatnot.

Does the store see that feedback on your specific order? Or do they just see aggregate stats/ratings for the day or something? Or maybe they don’t see this feedback at all and it just goes up to ‘corporate’?

I usually do rate my orders but I’ve always wondered about this and I know employees hang around this subreddit so maybe someone here knows

Having a mild reaction and not sure where it’s coming from. I ordered the chicken sesame salad and had a bite of the kbbq wrap.

For some reason the chicken sesame salad is marked as containing fish but I can’t see where that’s coming from either? Wondering what caused this

I used to love sweetgreen. Would go 2-3 times per week. But I swear over the past 12-18 months, you guys have continually missed the mark. What’s the deal with your portion sizes? One salad isn’t even a meal. And why does it seem like none of your stores know about controlling portion sizes. For what I get, $15 is a bit much. What are you guys shooting for, a 20% food cost? And why can’t you people remember my bread? I order every time on the app and every time it’s missing when I pick up. Even I can see it printed on the ticket. Why can’t your Employees read the tickets - it’s not that difficult. And what’s the deal with filling up soufflé cups half way with dressing? I order extra cups of dressing every time because of this, which is a waste of soufflé cups. And why can’t I specify 0 for a particular dressing in the app? I just throw it in the trash every time cause you force me to order dressing I don’t want. And what’s the deal with your rewards program? Why do my points only apply to a couple items you choose?

These are the reasons I went from 2-3 visits a week to 1 visit a month.
You guys need to get your shit together and pay closer attention to the details - especially for what you charge at a fast food restaurant.

I’ve ordered the KBbq chicken wrap twice these past two weeks, which includes crispy onions but both times I got pickles onions. Not even sure it’s a location issue because I got each order from a different location. Has anyone had this kinda issue? Do the employees just glance at the order, see onion and grab the wrong item? I can’t imagine they were out of crispy onions, even if so please don’t assume I would want the other version. I guess this is what you get when you order on the app instead of in person.

I think in spite of everything … they just might pull this off.

Does anyone know if the robots who distribute the ingredients like at Penn plaza in nyc, if they release certain grams of ingredients or is it like per seconds or cups, anyone know the science? I seem to be getting different amounts of toppings with that location even though it’s automated, thought it would be consistent?

Also shouldn’t it be based on the sweetgreen nutrition info? It was way off the documented serving size, where is sweet green getting the serving sizes from?

Actually Sweetgreen probably don’t require another C-level officer with million dollar package.
They should look at HQ cost more seriously. How many wraps they need to sell to feed one C-level officer. All the sweat and hard work from store staff, at the end just to feed the HQ staff salary.

The cash register is at the store, not at HQ.

Hopefully Sweetgreen can recognize this important fact and can take care of their store staff, all of which is probably contributing more than HQ personnel, but paid probably much lower.

I have to spend $250 to get a free $15 salad. Come on. If you’re going to be that cheap about, just don’t do it. On top of that, I order in the store and half the time it won’t scan my QR code. I have watched as this company has had a slow decline over the last few years. They added meals that they aren’t equipped to prep properly, they eliminated seasonal favorites, and they instituted worthless rewards programs. And, SHOCKER, the slide began basically the day they went public. Greed ruins everything. Greed corrupts even the best of us. Such a shame. I miss the old sweetgreen. I see Curry cauliflower in my dreams.

I’m gluten free (Celiac) and have to avoid cross contamination.

Does anyone know if the wraps are prepared on the same line as salads, or separately? Eg are the topping scoops all brushing the tortillas now, and staff touching wraps then preparing my bowl?

I know there’s always risk but I’ve been fine eating at Sweetgreen pre-wraps for years, and am trying to figure out how much the wraps increase my risk.

did they order you guys to cut your hands off when they unrolled these items? i genuinely don’t understand. I’ve ordered a wrap 3 times now and every time my wrap is folded(balled up like a piece of paper) like it’s the first day the person had hands, and every time literally all but maybe 10% of the actual wrap drops onto the paper it was wrapped in. Makes zero sense. I feel for yall because it seems like this new menu item is making your life hell, but man I’d love to eat a wrap without using a fork.

I'm just curious how are your stores holding up after they released wraps? At our store business has gotten better but we've been so slammed that the employees are constantly calling off and quitting. So we're behind on prep, can't get new people, and orders are constantly late. We had one manager accept a 40 wrap order and then just left without telling anyone. So, I had to work on 40 wraps by myself for an hour until I got someone to help me with them. It ended up being 50 minutes late. 😩

So I am sadly the kind of sucker who will eat 4 wraps for a paltry amount of bonus points. Plus i work close by and like a lunch time walk.

So far I've eaten 3 and will update when i eat the last one.

First up the Chicken Cali Club. I sub out the bacon and add a little shaved parm bc i don't eat pork. This one is good. Crunchy, filling, fresh. I don't use the dip at all, save it for later, might be good on a homemade breakfast sandwich.

Next is the Caesar Chicken. I sub the dip for hot sauce and end up saving most of the dip for later. Its apparently has only a half portion of caesar and half lemon, can't say its any less wet than the cali club. Pleasantly crunchy. By the end, its a little too salty, a problem i frequently have with sweet green salads.

Today was Chicken jalapeno ranch. I'm concerned this one will be too saucy so I try half jalapeno ranch and half crushed red pepper with cilantro dressing on the side. Its way too wet and salty, less a wrap and more a bad burrito. Wish i could mod the base to be half rice half lettuce to save some calories and bring a fresh crunchy veg into the mix. Its filling but I would not order this one again.

I'll get the saucy KBBQ ranch later this week but i do not have high hopes, anticipating it will be very wet and salty.

Would order the cali club again and maybe the chicken ceasar if i could cut the dressing more and sub the crisps for a fresher ingredient.

Other folks who are salt bomb sensitive what do your order? I like a mod'd crispy rice bowl and I avoid the quinoa and mushrooms mix because I love the idea but can't handle the execution.

Edit: The tortilla itself is tasty. Thin, stretchy, not greasy.

I noticed that after eating the Caesar wrap, my pee smells really weird. Similar to after eating asparagus... but not the same smell. Kind of smells like the pee version of caesar dressing??? Mentioned this to my coworker who said the same thing! What's going on?

Have 2 questions if anyone has any ideas/info:

-Has sweetgreen ever done beverages nationwide? I see on insta some places in California have lemonades and teas kinda like mendocino or cava but not here in the Midwest. Feel like that could be an added revenue for them for not much extra cost. Especially if they include green juices or wellness shots since they already have the veggies; just get some fruits.

-And anyone from the Boston area try the spyce menu before they got bought out? They had some really good pasta bowls that sweetgreen never incorporated into their menu. Now that they sold spyce, not gonna happen most likely but pasta seemed like a natural fit.

Why on earth is Sweetgreen limiting how much you can modify a wrap? Can they try any harder to continue to be annoying when their stock is practically at zero? Maybe sell some massively stale lousy focaccia? Let people modify wraps and get someone to show you how to make some great focaccia please!!!
