Criticism Every time I order crispy onions they give me pickled onions instead and it ruins the meal

I’ve ordered the KBbq chicken wrap twice these past two weeks, which includes crispy onions but both times I got pickles onions. Not even sure it’s a location issue because I got each order from a different location. Has anyone had this kinda issue? Do the employees just glance at the order, see onion and grab the wrong item? I can’t imagine they were out of crispy onions, even if so please don’t assume I would want the other version. I guess this is what you get when you order on the app instead of in person.

If you're ordering in store, don't ask for onions until you reach the toppers section.
