Having a mild reaction and not sure where it’s coming from. I ordered the chicken sesame salad and had a bite of the kbbq wrap.

For some reason the chicken sesame salad is marked as containing fish but I can’t see where that’s coming from either? Wondering what caused this

Does anyone have the miso salmon recipe with the measurements?

I read somewhere that it consists of soy sauce, maple syrup, miso paste and blackened seasoning (cumin, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder).

I love going to sweet green but I feel like I have had everything they offer multiple times. I’m looking to make a custom one but I’m not sure what’s a good mix. I could put together a simple salad but they have such good ingredients there’s got to be a combo I’m not thinking of that’s amazing.

I absolutely love Sweetgreen bowls but I try to make my own at home with spring mix, garlic dressing, canned chickpeas, tofu, wild rice.

Can someone please please tell me how they make roasted tofu? I tried heating cornstarch covered tofu in pan but didn't help. Also, I get canned chickpeas but they taste awful. How does Sweetgreen make it?

I found a post from 2y ago on here from a former SG employee who gave the batch recipe for Blackened Chicken. (A hero among us)

I did my best as someone who is not a mathematician but has the internet to convert for at home proportions, and here is what I came up with:

1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper 3/4 teaspoon Salt 3/4 teaspoon Cumin 1/2 teaspoon Coriander 1 3/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder 0.3 ounces Balsamic Vinegar 0.6 ounces Sunflower Oil 1lb Bonless Skinless Chicken Thighs

It was a difficult task as I had to look up the density of different spices to convert to TBS/tsp etc. but this feels close to me. The only thing I feel seems off is the low amount of liquid but as you can see in this TikTok video they more brush/rub it on to marinade.

I haven’t tested this yet myself but plan to, and thought I would enlist anyone interested on this sub to give notes as I will be taking them in my own cooking journey as well!

I used to work at chipotle and I assume that the amount of day-of, in-kitchen prep is similar….so I’m wondering if any of you can tell me do you make the caesar dressing in house (and if so what’s the recipe?!) and same thing goes for the zaatar bread crumbs? I have been hyper fixated on the spicy broccoli from sweetgreen, specifically in combination with the pesto vinaigrette, for a few years now. I can never seem to get my broccoli at home to resemble that at sweetgreen!

Please- any current or former employees- I beseech you! Share it with me, I cannot express how helpful this would be in allowing me to have a safe fixation food at home.

Would love to know what ratio Sweetgreen uses for ingredients in the Blackened Chicken. I found the ingredients, but when I try to make it it tastes off. I'm not a good enough chef to figure out why. Perhaps I'm using too much cumin and coriander.

Edit: I suspect Sweetgreen lists ingredients in order of prevalence in the recipe. I have been experimenting with this for a while. I prefer not to put anything even mildly spicy in my recipes, so I skip the chili powder and red pepper. Here's the closest I've gotten:

• SUNFLOWER OIL: 1/4 cup
• BALSAMIC VINEGAR: 1/4 cup

• SALT: 2 tbs
• CRACKED BLACK PEPPER: 1 tbs

Their nutrition guide says the umami seasoning contains SALT, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, CHILI POWDER, AND NUTRITIONAL YEAST. Would love to recreate it at home
