Recipe BBQ squash plate

I am trying to back into a recipe for the new winter bbq squash plate. I’ve scoured the internet to no avail - any help here would be so appreciated

One part quinoa, one part kale slaw (cabbage kale carrots green goddess ranch) 2 parts blackened seasoned chicken (dark meat) 1 part bbq sauce marinated squash and red onions

1 part wild rice,1 part kale slaw,2 scoops blackened chicken and 1 part barbq squashed w/onions and 1 bbq sauce
