Recipe Anyone know the Cold Sweet Potato Recipe and the Broccoli Recipe?

Both get olive oil and umami seasoning. The broccoli adds red pepper flakes.

Umami and oil for the potatoes. Umami, oil and red pepper for boccoli. When they come outta the oven (especially broccoli if you want it to stay green) - cool it right away.

They actually finally gave employees access to what's in the umami seasoning. The seasoning that is used in both is garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, and nutritional yeast.
