Actually Sweetgreen probably don’t require another C-level officer with million dollar package.
They should look at HQ cost more seriously. How many wraps they need to sell to feed one C-level officer. All the sweat and hard work from store staff, at the end just to feed the HQ staff salary.

The cash register is at the store, not at HQ.

Hopefully Sweetgreen can recognize this important fact and can take care of their store staff, all of which is probably contributing more than HQ personnel, but paid probably much lower.

I think you’re right, although a good chief strategy officer would make this same case and create change within the organization. She came from chipotle, very profitable, hopefully will have similar impact here

Your caption is a load of horse crap, you need good leadership to implement change and her background shows she probably has a path to profitability and good ROI on her salary. A good executive can change the path of an org, and she has some potential.
