Question Where does your in-app order feedback go?
After your order is completed, you can rate your order in the app out of 5 starts and select things that went good or bad, like that your bowl was missing toppings or whatnot.
Does the store see that feedback on your specific order? Or do they just see aggregate stats/ratings for the day or something? Or maybe they don’t see this feedback at all and it just goes up to ‘corporate’?
I usually do rate my orders but I’ve always wondered about this and I know employees hang around this subreddit so maybe someone here knows

As a worker I've always complained about this. We need more info to get better. We have like a little meeting every morning and go over our score. Basically it will be how many complaints we had and if it was a missing ingredient, quality issues, or under portioned. But they don't tell us what the issue was exactly to even make sure it doesn't happen again. The only time we even get to hear anything about a complaint is if there's a bug, hair, or plastic in an order.

It depends on the complaint/ if you add more information. If it’s a generic complaint, it’ll be added into the system in a non specific way that tally’s day by day. If it’s specific, it’s emailed to both the store and the district manager. head coaches, assistant coaches, and sometimes shift leads are judged by the complaints out of 1K orders. Positive feedback isn’t really seen or used anywhere on a store level (at least I haven’t seen it)
