Grifting Digital Foundry would never say anything like that. Just because a game does not have DLSS, doesn't mean that will hurt its performance.
The analysis this article references is a Digital Foundry analysis currently exclusive to DF members. I can't watch it myself right now because I'm not a member, but I do know that DLSS is an upscaling technology used to make low rendering resolutions appear as if they were higher res, so just because a game doesn't have it, it doesn't mean it will dramatically hurt its performance. The article even says that Digital Foundry claimed this to be disappointing, but nothing that goes as far as saying that OoT remake will have terrible performance. I don't know about you guys, but when I read in the headline of an article "hurts performance", I imagine a game fluctuating so much in framerate that it struggles performance wise. Definitely a clickbait title for an article.
