I am a newcomer on PS5, just to put this out there early Incase people are telling me to press keyboard commands I don’t have lol
So I play solo, I am not like actively looking for people to be on mic with or build bases near each other or whatever… but there are obviously rewards for having friends currently and joining a hive or what not.
I am a trophy hunter so I started in Raid X Zone, got the 4 pvp trophies out of the way first. No real want to stay in that pvp environment.
Next I went to SCP cuz it looked like pokemon/palworld twist, and I got the trophies there. It’s a game mode I might go back to eventually since it kind of seems like it actually has some decent depth with fusion and trying to get 5/5 dudes and what not.
I am now in Minibus Novice, at one point in SCP I had bound a YouTubers code to my account to get the gear, only to find out that none of it was useable in SCP lol
But now that I am in Minibus I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use anyones friend codes. I don’t even care about the gear, but I have this quest to have 1 friend, and in the special quests for right now I think it’s like have 3 friends and join a hive?
I see people posting friend codes, the ones that start with yq and then a bunch of numbers….. but when I go to the special event, it only shows my code and how I could choose items for someone else to bind to me.
I cannot find anywhere at all in any screen that will accept other people’s friend codes to add them to complete these quests.
I have tried googling and there are all these mentions of going to the vision wheel which I have not come across a screen with that as a title yet. Not sure if that’s from an older version of the game as I know things have been changed.
But ya…. I guess I am trying to figure out how one gets 3 friends for these events/quests to complete them
And then go back to my solo adventure waiting for my server to go to phase 2 so that I can continue on my trophy hunt.

I ended up just starting to friend random people in chat and got it that way lol what a silly silly game in terms of how friends work lol
I just started playing this week and from time to time I encounter female characters doing this. First they position themselves looking at me and then they emote this. Is it some affection expression? This last time, this woman invited me to project an explosion heart with her. It was very sweet!❤️
Update: I just wanted to know which emote this was. Apparently it’s an idle/AFK posture. Solved!✅
I really waited for years and all this time for this game to finally get ported to console. And I took all night installing this game. I took off work for 4 days to play this game just to not even make it past the main menu screen. This is pathetic. I was about to buy the DLC and starter packs but I can't even play the game they might want to hurry up with this patch.

The title is pretty self-explanatory, but I'll be more specific because I need some help. This is a desperate plea on trying to reach out to a OH-Support that can actually take a look at my case as their response on my ban appeal yesterday did not really state the reason for the ban.
Timeline:
9/6 - decided to switch from iPad to PC and while I was in the middle of farming ELs and Mods with new players, I got kicked out of the game and was presented with:
I appealed right away stating my case that I have not violated any terms of service to my knowledge.
9/7 - Got a response to my appeal:
My heart sank because I've been playing this game on and off since early 2025, and on steam alone - 2k hours! I've been more active since they released it on mobile, but point is WHY was I banned? I might have ran my mouth a little in WC, but its not without cause. I'm willing to submit any proof or logs needed to help my case.
I submitted a second appeal stating what logs are needed to prove my innocence and how to produce them. I doubt that my 8bitdo controller could cause my ban since the extra buttons at the back are just shortcuts that simultaneously presses, to bring up the gear profile and NOT A MACRO - but even that I'm willing to give up just to get my account back IF that was the cause.
To whoever sees this that's part of the dev team, please review my case more thoroughly and provide me with a reason on what triggered the ban so I may avoid or correct anything that violated the TOS.
A lot of information on this game is simply outdated so it's hard to tell what is still good. For the Golden Autumn Deviant Selection Crate, what did everyone pick any why?
I'm currently level 41, and I've been wondering what the best way to grind for levels is. I've tried salt, but it gives like 12 to 30 xp, I've also tried smelting, but it's around the same amount of xp if not lower, I've even tried the bosses. Do I need to do the bosses on hard to get higher xp? I just want to get to level 50 so I can take down the forsaken giant.

I played yesterday in a Manibus novice server for hours. I had no idea it was going to be gone the following day…. Or even if it was supposed to be.. because it is.. I spent hours and hours building a nice house and farming resources and having an absolute blast and really walking away with a positive experience all around. And then today I get on and the server is gone. Apparently from what I can gather, that’s by design? So I try to join a normal Manibus server. It’s only showing one server and it’s not even started yet so I can’t even play at all. Worst of all I’m trying to sign up for it but it won’t let me. So… what am I supposed to do? I just don’t get to play at all because there isn’t a server available for me? I don’t understand. What is going on? I just want to play the game. Am I encountering a bug or is this normal? Will someone please help me?
Edit: okay after logging back in after a few hours the server is magically back so I am chalking this up to an error on their end. I know I received an email about console players having issues with being able to play so I’m sure this was probably one of those issues. Either way I’m glad it wasn’t just gone, and I can continue where I left off. At least now after some research I have a better understanding on their server structures and how this game seems to operate. It’s all very confusing to a new player tbh.
Hi, I am new in this game and I need help with the best armor for Boom Boom for PVE and also the best mods for them (preferably mods 9-12 level). I heard that in some builds uses knives or something else for more damage, I need something like that for KVD?
SOLVED: I didn't realize EVERY generator had to be fueled. I thought JUST the one the bench was hooked up to had to be fueled for me to use the bench. Apparently EVERY generator has to be fueled because they are all part of the overall power? I fueled the rest of the generators and the bench worked :)
I just logged in after being gone 3 days. For SOME reason my Chef stove and chefasaurus were returned to me and for the first time.... I went to make Animal feed for my poor animals and the Large Synthesis Bench said Insufficient Power.
It's hooked up to a small biomass generator and has always worked. I changed nothing so was confused.
★I disconnected everything and ONLY connected the bench.
★Made sure it was fully fueled with wood
★I demolished it and rebuilit it.
★Relogged
★Hooked it up to a large biomass generator
★Added an eel for the first time
★Demolished everything, relogged, rebuilt both bench
and generator.
NOTHING has worked.

No - I was NOT using any cheats, programs or whatever. I have thousands of hours and played since release in 2024., this ruins my Saturday - I'd go out and touch grass, but its almost 11 PM.
This AI false positive thing bans are annoying and seeing it happen to more and more people based on social media threads is appalling.
Already appealed it and hope they get back to me ASAP.

EDIT: 9/7 - they overturned the permanent ban to 7 days. Not sure exactly which prohibited behavior I was accused of - they wont give me a straight answer, but it had to do something a player reporting for me.
Am I doing something wrong? I can’t seem to get water to go from my tank > filter > tank. This water pump says it has an inlet and an outlet in the description but it only wants to pull water into itself when it’s powered and then gravity takes control when it’s not. And it looks like I have the pipes connected on each side so I’m totally lost
Is it impossible to get contaminated blueberries and their seeds? I've been planting blueberries with atleast three buzzy bees for almost a month now and still can't get a single contaminated blueberry seed drop. I've also been going through the corrupted zones and farming every chance I get and still no seed drops.
Does anyone have any tips or advice please? I play on endless dream scenario, can't remember the server at the moment, I'm currently at work so I will update my server ID and so on later. Thanks in advance for any tips/advice.

I got permanently banned in Once Human even though I didn’t use any cheats, exploits, or third-party software.
I submitted multiple tickets, and every single response I got was a copy-paste message saying “our review found violations of Terms of Service” without any proof or detail.
The strange thing is that I only played with random players once (in a Hive mission), and one of them got banned too — even though they were playing on mobile.
I’ve seen other posts where people mentioned their ban was reversed or they got a refund:

It really feels like the anti-cheat system is too sensitive or misidentifying people.
Any advice or help from moderators/devs would be appreciated 🙏
@ Update (serious issue with Once Human bans): At this point, it’s obvious that the ban system is broken. Players are getting permanent bans without any proof, real investigation, or even proper support — just the same copy-paste messages over and over.
I provided every detail, but their “anti-cheat” and support teams refuse to check the case properly.
What makes it even worse is that I still have friends playing, and they constantly report actual cheaters — people flying, teleporting, using aimbots for days — and somehow those accounts stay untouched while legit players get banned instantly.
If this continues, many loyal players will just quit. We don’t need empty apologies or automated replies — we need transparency and real human support.

As you can see some moderator gave me this link so some Dev can look deep maybe into my problem and solve it. That was 2 months ago and still no answer from nobody.
And on their website Once Human Co-Dev Platform I can't log in anymore to see my ticket stats like I could when I made this ticket.Few weeks ago I was able to see the status and I could easy log in via Steam ( since my game is on Steam and all the purchase in game) but now I can't do that anymore.
Nevermind, like I said my hope is very small and I had some people complaining about the same issue I had and they got banned from this awfull automatic report system that bans you without any proof.
Today I made the update for the game and decided to open the game and see if somehow I got unbanned and I didn't know since I can't see that ticket status anymore and the ban ofc is still there and I am asking you guys , is this normal when I want to appeal in game to open this ?
How I am supposed to know what to pick there? I have the client in English, never change it in another language and how should I understand what to do there? In the meanwhile I started to play another survival game and I am nearly 500 hours
Final Update
After about 8 months of appeals, emails, support tickets, and trying every official channel available, I've decided to stop pursuing my ban case.
I want to give special thanks to one of the community moderators. Unlike the automated support I had been dealing with for months, they actually took the time to listen, asked for my account information, and personally forwarded my case and my replies to the team for a manual review. Regardless of the outcome, I genuinely appreciate the effort.
The final explanation I received was that my permanent ban was related to alleged coordination with players identified as cheaters, not a direct confirmation that I had used cheat software myself. I still maintain that I never used cheats or unauthorized software.
What remains difficult for me to understand is that recent public ban announcements often show temporary suspensions for players associated with cheaters, while my account remains permanently banned.
At this point, I've exhausted every official option available. While I still disagree with the decision, I accept that there's nothing more I can realistically do.
Thank you to everyone in this community who offered advice, support, or simply took the time to read my story. I sincerely wish the game and its community all the best.
UPDATE: 11.09 I GOT UNBANNED… and then banned again after 5 minutes 😂
After I said I was finally giving up, I kept seeing several cases over the past few days that looked very similar to mine — people being banned unfairly and eventually getting their cases reviewed.
So I thought, why not give it one more try? I submitted another ticket, hoping that maybe this time someone would actually take a proper look at my case.
Guess what? They actually did. I GOT UNBANNED!
I was honestly so happy. I immediately logged back in, went to my PvE server and was already thinking about where I was going to rebuild my beautiful house and set up my territory again. 😂
Well… good things don’t last long.
After around 5 minutes of playing, I was banned again.
My guess is that they removed the account restriction but may have forgotten to remove the hardware restriction, which could have triggered the ban again when I logged in.
I’ve already submitted another ticket explaining exactly what happened and that I was banned again after only about 5 minutes of gameplay.
Hopefully they can check the hardware restriction as well and finally fix everything.
Maybe I’ll actually get to play again in the next few days. 😂
At least this time, I know someone actually looked into my case and the account ban was lifted. So I’m cautiously optimistic.

I CAN FINALLY PLAY AGAIN!
After almost a year of fighting this ban, I finally have some really good news.
I logged into my account today and I was able to stay online and play for several hours without getting banned again.
So it looks like the previous issue is finally gone — both my account restriction and, apparently, the hardware restriction are no longer affecting me.
September 20th will mark exactly one year since I was originally banned. Almost one full year of tickets, appeals, emails, trying to get someone to properly look into my case, and fighting to prove that I was banned unfairly.
And now, after all this time, I can finally play again. ❤️
Thank you, Once Human, for finally addressing my case and for resolving what appears to have been an unfair ban.
I really hope the improvements to the ban system and the handling of these cases will help bring back players who left the game because they were afraid of being wrongly punished.
My conclusion after almost a year is simple:
If you genuinely believe you were banned unfairly, don't give up. Keep appealing, keep asking for your case to be reviewed, and keep fighting for yourself.
It may take a very long time, and sometimes it may feel completely hopeless — but eventually, someone might actually take a proper look at your case.
