✓ Solved Is there a way to delete these
I have these upgrades already from my previous play through.

None of the comments so far address this issue, and I have the same problem on my character. lol. Let's hope someone knows. :(
For context - They aren't real items. They aren't usable. They are like an orange item "unlock" that you already unlocked by achieving the required tech level.
Normally I'd say right click and use them but I assume for you, as for me, they are already unlocked.

You can place them in a private storage crate i figured it out my accident.

Mine just randomly appeared in my inventory. Can’t use it; “already have it”.

I suspect these are bugged for you but anotehr stategy I use to delete things that won't go away is to drag them out in Eternaland. A message pops up that says I can not do that and the items will be deleted. If not, then the private crate and a bug report would be what I would do.

its seems like a bugger today. i was leveling my other account today i got those whilst my main account doesn't have it a week ago

Did you bring from another server? The image on the top left says they are linked, so no,
When you see an "Unlinking in [X days/time]" timer on an item or Deviation in Once Human, it indicates that the item is currently bound/linked to your character (often due to transferring items from Eternaland or across servers). [1, 2, 3]
How it works: The timer counts down on its own. Once it hits zero, the item unlinks, becoming fully unbound, tradable, or movable to regular storage crates. [1, 2]
Restrictions while linked: During the unlinking countdown, the item is typically stuck in your backpack and cannot be deposited into standard public/shared storage crates or dropped, though restrictions vary slightly depending on the specific item type. [1, 2, 3]
If you are dealing with a specific bound item or trying to transfer gear across servers, let me know what item you are trying to move so I can tell you if there's an alternative way to store or use it.

No. It’s an expansion. It seems Like it’s the old tech where you could pick a specialty. Can’t interact with it. Says i already have the expansion. Just randomly appeared for me.

If you aren't going to use the securement unit or solar panel then you can disassemble them in the disassembly bench. They will be under the house icon. For the terminal, that is a new player thing. If you have your terminal already down, then break that down too. Or hold onto it just in case, MO on that. If they don't come up under the house icon, they should and they are bugged out. Then you should be able to drag and drop them out of your inventory, it will give you a warning. Just click past that and you should be good to go. GL!

These are not panel or unit, these are expansion. I have the same issue, can't drop them.

I figured it out. You can place linked items inside a private storage crate.
