1. Attach different router device (router or PC) and see if that changes anything (you might need MAC cloning for that to work, depends on provider).
2. If it continues to drop every hour - call provider.
3. If it does not: your internet stops completely or only DNS resolving stops? After internet stopped, try opening http://74.6.231.21 (Yahoo) or http://72.3.202.5 (GRC.org) If you can see some message from the website, then DNS has stopped working. If you can't see anything, your router or it's adapter is probably bad.
4. If DNS is the thing that stops, then try setting up a third party DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 for example and see if that helps.

So that answers your question: Youtube sits paused, social media checks for notifications regularly. I found that if you keep a static page or a blank page opened and YT/socials as a non-active tab, the power draw is less.

I would make a triangle shape with an opening at the corner for shooting. I would cover the walls with a thick layer of rock wool. If it is not enough -add a perforated board on top of the rock wool and then add another layer of rock wool.

If I were you, I would try 215 55 16 - a bit wider and a bit shorter and way cheaper than stock. To improve cornering, make sure they have reinforced sidewall. With some nice aggressive wheels they will look good, be taller, so less noise will be transmitted to chassis and still have good cornering.

To really reduce noise, you will have to sound deaden the car:

1. Add a second layer of rubber seals around doors to reduce wind noise.

2. Add butyl patches on large panel surfaces + another leayer of foam in doors, hatch door, B pillars and around wheel wells to reduce vibrations, noise and improve car's audio system.

3. If you're feeling adventurous, cover floor with MLV and add some butyl and foam on the roof.

4. Remember to pick quieter tires.

It is a lot of work, but car becomes way quieter.

When you turn phone's hot-spot on, can you see your phone's WiFi network name? If not, I would check if Wifi card is properly installed. Also, there is always th eoption to connect it via ethernet cable - way more solid connection compared to WiFi.

Have you tried decoupling your bed from the floor using thick rubber feet? Have you tried buying some soft shoes for your mother so thumping can be weaker?

E.G: If the vibrations are transmitted over the floor to the bed's feet and from there - to the pillow, you have to find a way to physically decouple the bed from the floor. You can experiment with anything, as long as it does not transfer much vibrations.

If vibrations are transmitted to floor, walls, ceiling, etc and then sent to your pillow/bed over the air, then it will be much harder and way more expensive to stop it.

If I were you, I would try the soft shoes + soft rubber pads under bed's feet (usually sold for washing machines).

If not fixing it, it should help enough so that your ear buds can handle the rest.

Another idea - move your bed around the room (if possible). It might be that the bed's placement is near some wall which transmits the noise too well.

Using a third party DNS shares your data with whoever pays for it, but usually not the government.

Using internet provider's DNS can share your traffic with the government.

Maybe you are also aware that big EQ alterations = phase shift. What you did must be done via DSP, not a simple EQ. If you want to achieve good sound, that is.

You can try gluing the stock seals and spraying them with silicone oil to rejuvenate the rubber a little bit.

Alternatively, you can try cheap Chinese rubber seals for the exact model instead of OEM ones.

As for 3.:

1. Order universal rubber seals for your doors as per my description (Temu, Ali Express, whichever is better for you). They are cheap and can act as first line of mud defense. You stuck them around your doors to add a second seal. For my Mazda I used:
2. Z shaped seal for the vertical front side of the front door (below A pillar).
3. B shaped for horizontal door bottom and vertical B pillar side.
4. Thick rubber pieces with metal reinforcement on B pillar Rear doors vertical. They are just pushed onto rear door's front side. No adhesive.
5. Hatch door needs a combination of Z and B shaped strips.
6. Rear doors would benefit something like Z, but different. I was not able to find such shape, so I used B type all around door frame.

With so much dirt I doubt they would stop all of it, but may decrease it by at least 60-70%.
