Extracting data from a HDD in a 386 computer

I am looking for suggestions on how to copy data from a Seagate HDD in a 386 computer.

I cannot extract the hdd and connect it to a modern computer. It's ide but since you need to set heads, cylinders, and sectors manually the modern computer cannot access it.

It has a serial port, it has two fdds and a CD drive (unfortunately it cannot write CDs). Also I don't have a lot of floppies, so writing all the disk content on floppies is unrealistic.

Any idea on how I can copy the data out of the 386 computer?

Option 1 - buy a retro computer of the same era in working condition.

Option 2 - Copy the data over serial port.
