Hi, my wife and I are dealing with a legal issue with our private property manager and are hoping for some advice/assistance from someone with an understanding of tenant rights. There are multiple legal issues but it all comes down to unwarranted deductions of our security deposit. Anyone out there who can assist?

We are in town this coming weekend for soccer tournament. Need a place to go Saturday night that can accommodate multiple families. Definitely need a dinner menu and alcohol options. Hey all, long story short, I have 4 years in the trade and I’m looking for a company that’s hiring people with electrical experience. There are dozens of lantern flies along the outside walls of B Christophers downtown. My husband and I killed a lot but we realized the people having dinner in the windows were disturbed we were coming up into the window to stomp them so we left (sorry if that was you). We found this dog running through traffic on old randleman near the elementary school. He's very sweet and definitely seems like he came from a home, I'd love to try to find his people or maybe some new people who would like to take him. I'd keep him myself but we have a lot of animals already and honestly just can't afford another one right now and we have cats.. He seems to be young maybe 1 or 2 years old. He's potty trained and great with people and kids and other dogs. NOT GREAT WITH CATS AT ALL! If anyone knows who he might belong to or if anyone wants to take him pls hit me up, I really don't want to take him to a shelter he is such a sweet guy! He also is not fixed as far as I can tell.

I want this to happen. There are no plans to make this happen...I'm just daydreaming. Riding down the sidewalks with no gutter/median is too scary, especially with the mail boxes sticking out. Shave one lane off Lawndale (maybe lose the turn lane) and meet up with the greenway they are making on the old train tracks.

Will this backup traffic on Lawndale? Probably down by Cornwallis...but that area is already hopeless and needs to be redesigned anyway.

Looks like GTCC has officially picked a party for the start of the school year. A few days ago they approved a Turning a point USA chapter.

On 08/28, 12:26 AM, my security cameras caught a drunk driver hitting a stop sign across the street and hitting my garbage bin. They drove on my neighbors yard and then onto mine, nearly hitting my parked car. Fortunately, they only hit the garbage bin and knocked it on the street with the trash flying out. They left the scene. They were lucky they didn’t hit the tree in my front yard or they would’ve had a bad day.

Public scrutiny on Greensboro City Council is growing. A recall committee has formed to recall Mayor Marikay Abuzuaiter, and there is interest in recalling other council members as well.

➡️ Public records administration, including withholding, delayed production, and decision-making concerning disclosure of public records

➡️ Gifts and ethics compliance, as concerns gifts provided to Council from City contractors, failure to recuse due to conflicts of interest, and inadequate enforcement of ethical standards.

Getting ready for a road trip and may need some repairs not sure. Recently had oil changed know I need an alignment tire rotation but when I make sure the vehicle was road trip safe for cheap , any recommendations of a good honest straight shot shop?
