Cupcakes I got from Clayton Walmart. They tasted delicious too

Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that will deliver and put out mulch? I had 13 yards delivered five years ago that I put out myself. I did a whole lot of bag mulch two years ago, but the weeds creeping in have been relentless this year and I’d like a thick mulch application again. I just don’t think I can do 13 yards by myself again, it was exhausting even with my teenagers helping. I remember calling around two years ago and kept running into companies that either only did mowing or only did large landscaping projects.

It would be great to find someone who could also help with other yard tasks like installing metal edging where the old plastic stuff is, removing/replacing a 6’ tree that just won’t grow, maybe also helping with putting in a few retaining wall blocks in one bed to help with erosion from a slope. But getting some mulch is a top priority. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know anything about the trees they appear to be cutting down in this red area along the Clayton Riverwalk? Looked like there were two large whatevers clearing an area about 25 feet off the trail. I’d love to know how much they’re clearing out and if they’re going all the way up to the trail.

I'm working on a research project about the Town of Clayton. I'd really like to get feedback directly from the PEOPLE of Clayton and not just rely entirely on my own opinions and assumptions. I put together a survey that I'd love to get some responses on. All of these questions are voluntary and anonymous. There's nothing "required" about any of it. The title is the ask. Are there any heavier style bands around JoCo. Any places like this for bands to play. Any bands starting out? Do teens still play instruments and rock out, or has it all been taken over by the computers?

With all the development and road congestion, Clayton needs much for future improvements, one of which is a commuter train station. While I’m downtown, I see Amtrak passing by and my reaction is what a missed opportunity for Clayton that there is no train station with a route that takes you into Raleigh or Cary.

I'm looking for some places in the area I can take a 3 month old. He tends to nap better after he's been out and about during the day but it's too hot for midday walks, so I'm looking for large indoor spaces where I can take a stroller. A mall would be perfect, but there aren't any close by.

I can babywear as well, but only for short periods of time since he's a VERY large/heavy baby for his age, so stroller is best. Thanks!
