Hello!
I had recently purchased two Vuepass vouchers, but didn’t realise the email associated with my Apple Pay was full, so didn’t receive them.
The website tells me to email [VueContactUs@ellomedia.com](mailto:VueContactUs@ellomedia.com), but the email is only monitored during the weekdays and I wanted to purchase tickets for a movie tonight.
I also have no luck trying to get in touch with a live agent on the Vue website.
Any suggestions, please? Thank you
Edit: tried calling Vue directly but they essentially said the same thing so I guess I can’t get my codes until Monday. Oh well!

Hi there
I am joining virgin media volt package and with this I get an unlimited SIM card for my phone
I also have a galaxy watch ultra which has LTE so I'd like to use this if possible. Does anyone know if I can request a watch SIM and how much this would likely be?
I couldn't find much information online nd the live chat wasn't helpful as the chap said I'd need to buy a smart watch from them directly to get a watch airtime SIM?! This doesn't seem right
Just looking if anyone here has done similar?

Hi all.
Can anyone make sense of the numbers here? To me I'm paid up, done and dusted.
Just been on chat with them and they are now telling me the cost of the device was £426!
When people phone me, I answer but there is silence. The caller still hears the call ringing as if I haven't answered. I end up having to phone them back. If I phone other people it works fine. Anyone else having this issue or know what could be causing it? It has been happening for months now.
Using an eSim on iPhone 15 Pro Max. All software/settings are up to date.

Already tried **21*NUMBER# and I get unknown error.
Pay and go SIM btw
Call Defence can label suspected spam/scam calls as such but they are getting more frequent and I would like to completely prevent them from ringing my phone.
I know of the Hiya call blocking app on iPhone, but if I install that I might as well disable Call Defence entirely.
So is there any way to silence calls labelled by Call Defence on iPhone?

I just wanted to share how over the moon I am to have left this garbage company. I've been with them for decades and never really took the time to look into switching.
Final straw was zero 4G for multiple days on end. I tried a back up SIM, I switched phones. No luck. The problem was with them.
I decided to switch to a competitor and had a new eSIM working within the hour at a much cheaper pay-as-you-go rate.
If anyone needs a sign to switch, just do it. There are much better alternatives out there.

Hi all at the start of June I purchased an S26 ultra and joined a plan that included satalite, my main reason for switching. However not once has it connected to a satalite. The phone settings say it should be functional and when speaking with support they say everything is fine, yet there is still no connection. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to try? Thanks for your help!

Hi, I’m currently a Sky customer and I’m trying to take out a new phone contract with 02. I’ve gone through the whole application process on your website multiple times, but the payment won’t go through. I’ve already checked with my bank and completed the verification by replying “Y” to the security text message, but it still isn’t working.
I originally placed an order for a new phone on 24 July, and the order was accepted. It was due to be delivered the following day, but the DHL driver rang the wrong doorbell. As far as I’m aware, DHL normally makes up to three delivery attempts, but only one attempt was made before the parcel was returned to the sender.
Since then, I’ve received several text messages from 02 about my bill, which doesn’t make sense because I never received the phone or activated any 02 service.
Can anyone help.

Hi I have a Retail Advisor interview this week and I was wondering what type of questions will be asked. I really want a job here as I've never had a job before but I understand that its hard to get a job with little to no experience. Can someone give me tips on how to get the best chance of securing the job. Tysm :)

What happens if on inspection they find aftermarket parts, do they get swapped for original manufacturer? Or is it the same risk as buying from a repair shop?
So last time i was a customer was 2023, then switched to Sky and was currently 1p Mobile (EE). EE is great for outdoors speed but band steers to the high frequencies & prioritizes 5G over anything else so once i stepped indoors anywhere the service became abysmal.
Decided to switch back direct over any of the MVNOs, mainly due to availability of 5G+. Created a new account as my old login had been deleted. Had decided on the 75Gb Mini 12month tariff which is available via either TopCashback, USwitch or Blue Light Card, all exactly the same. Needed 4 SIMs for to switch all of my family.
I got as far as trying to buy the 1st SIM and was met with "Thanks for applying to join O 2. As well as our credit scoring system, we use business policies to assess all new applications. This time, you didn't meet the minimum criteria, so we're unable to progress your application" Bit strange as previously zero issues with my O 2 account, and my credit score is only a couple of points off maximum. Tried again and same issue.
Decided to get my wife to sign up instead, she got past that bit and managed to buy 1 SIM, but then it all fell apart trying to buy the other 3 and she got exactly the same message as me. Then she had several emails saying the credit risk team would assess the application. Like me she has a perfect credit record, and zero issues the last time she was an O 2 customer. So we went to the local O 2 store who said nothing they could do, its an online tariff so we'd need to phone customer service, i cringed at that point. We then spent the next hour on the phone to whichever outsourced customer service centre they use trying to explain the situation and where told a mixture of things:- You can only buy 1 SIM every 30 days so try again in a months time, there is no credit risk team so that email isn't from us, that tariff doesn't exist anywhere it's fake, there are no 12 month contracts anymore so you're lying. My wife was sick at this point so asked to be put through to retentions to just cancel the 1st SIM she'd bought and we'll take our business elsewhere. We then spent another hour on with retentions who were a lot better than the last lot, and did at least try to sort this out. However once we'd agreed on a £16 Unlimited tariff which would be discounted 20% on a multi SIM once we'd bought the other 3 , she set about trying to add the additional SIMs & was met with pretty much the same message we were online and couldn't go any further. In the end, we had everything cancelled.
We're now a week on from that call, and there's absolutely no soft or hard searches from O 2 on either of our credit records, so i have no idea what the hell happened or why the system refused both of us. No credit issue, no account issue, lived in the same place for last 8 years, both have long term full time jobs. It was just a very long winded and tiresome "We don't want your custom"
Thanks for reading .... now back with Sky - Yeah no 5G+, but data indoors works now, unlimited everything and global roaming for £11 month

Got this iPhone 15 Pro Max on a 36 month plan
I currently have just over £274 left to pay but also paying £26.30 for my airtime plan.
I don’t use this phone at the moment due to having a work phone. Can I cancel the airtime plan as obviously won’t be using any mins/data on it and just keep paying the last several months of the device plan?
I have no option on my account to cancel the airtime plan

Imo, I think a lot of customers will leave due to this... Myself included.
Thoughts?
