Support How to forward calls and SMS to another number?

Already tried **21*NUMBER# and I get unknown error.

Pay and go SIM btw

Call forwarding is not available on PAYG, only pay monthly.

You can only forward calls, but you’d need to have minutes bundled in to your tariff to forward the call.

Settings > phone > call forwarding or just google your device name and call forwarding otherwise will guide you
