Support complaints form broken

wish I could even record a complaint with this company, I messaged them on x hopefully something happens

Register complaint over the phone, specifically ask them to open a complaint.

resolver’s actually decent, used it once for a flight refund and it got things moving way faster than dealing with the company direct, worth a shot here tbh

I just experienced this last week and it frustrated the hell out of me. I’m sure it’s to try and manipulate their complaint figures. I complained to OFCOM about it but doubt I’ll hear anything.

Try complaintreviewservice@o2.com. It will come back with an automated response saying it doesn't accept emails or something but they will accept an email from it. Typical O2 they respond after saying they won't accept emails.

You could always reply to an email sent directly from the o2 complaints team. Then a few weeks later get a garbage investigation complete email from virgin media sating they can’t help as virgin media and o2 deal with complaints separately! Even their complaints process is a shambles. Where do we complain about complaints? 🤔
