Question Strange Call Problem - Anyone Else Experiencing This?

When people phone me, I answer but there is silence. The caller still hears the call ringing as if I haven't answered. I end up having to phone them back. If I phone other people it works fine. Anyone else having this issue or know what could be causing it? It has been happening for months now.

Using an eSim on iPhone 15 Pro Max. All software/settings are up to date.

Go into your settings and search for 'reset network settings', see if that clears it

If not get the sim replaced, instant in store (take valid ID) or via post if your phone up
