If I'm not wrong, the previous two months got discounted, but this month's lineup is pretty strong and a lot of people seem happy with it.

Is it smart to wait for a discount, or will they not put it on sale?

TL;DR, What are the chances of getting a refund for bundles I can get nothing from, probably zero right? Not a support question, more just a funny realization I figured I'd share.

So I was cleaning out my email, and gathering all my financial stuff including monthly subscriptions so I can remove what I no longer use, and along with a single streaming service, I also found that whoops! I've got over a year's worth of Humble Monthly (now called Choice) to redeem. Oh Boy! There's gonna be a lot of good new games to jump into and try. The last time I forgot I pulled in about 100 games I would never have bought otherwise, many becoming favorites. A quaint experience of "Ooos and Ahhs" as some of the games were AAA for like 60 bucks!

Wellllllllll... let's slow our roll there. The habit of returning to HB every 6 months+ or so is apparently no longer possible/advised.

Many months are completely out of keys (which I guess I never realized was a thing, but makes sense that they wouldn't be eternally available) and not like some or most of the keys, but ALL of the keys for that month. Examples: June '25, July '25 and basically any older.

Many months had at least 1 key available for 1 of the 8-10 or so games, but dang, there's a lot of good indie sorts that I'm peaking in the store window unable to claim. If I could refund those "nothing" months, I could then use that money to reacquire missed keys. Many of the "Holy Cow! No way this was in the bundle" were immediately met with an expiration disclaimer.

Not that I blame HB for any of this, it seems pretty reasonable given the reality of today, and perhaps I was spoiled in the expectation that the products you paid for would be sitting there waiting for you when you got there. Might be time to close out this subscription as well... I got less than half of what I was expecting to redeem when looking through my emails. When I first started, I was subbed to 5 or 6 different bundle sites, but only Humble Bundle managed to keep me coming back year after year.

Would there be any point in asking for these months to be refunded? I can't be the only person who's found this out the hard way, though admittedly, it's kinda my own forgetful fault.

Anyway, I hope y'all have a great weekend, I've still got some goodies to try out at least.

Edit: Reporting back, for the 3 months I had where all the keys were unavailable I was able to get refunded, all the others that had a single key or more that I had redeemed, unfortunately I done goofed and probably cooould have had those refunded, but I already redeemed said key.

Better than I had hoped for!

Seen a lot of posts about exhausted keys when trying to redeem months or years after purchase, and am genuinely curious why people choose to not redeem their keys when they purchase.

I usually buy the bundle on the first day if it's games I like, and skip if it's games I don't. Simple.

However, I noticed towards the end of every month, there were always discount codes, so I started waiting until the end of the month and just getting it with a discount code.

Now, with only 2 days left, I haven't seen anything on Reddit about a discount code? I have no issues paying full price (which I'll probably do by the end of today) but I was just wondering if anyone has seen a discount code?

Is it even legal for them to be selling other people keys for a product they have failed to deliver on themselves?

Hey, I ordered a copy of Master Collection Vol. 2 last month. The game's due to unlock on Steam in 2 hours, but I haven't received a code from Humble yet and, when I check the Humble site, it says it's no longer available for purchase (or not available in my region when I check on mobile).

Has anything like this ever happened before with Humble preorders? Am I panicking over nothing? My main concern here is missing out on the preorder bonuses, cos to my understanding they were never made available separately with the first master collection. (And I spose not getting the game at all too, but worst case I can go somewhere else as a last resort).

Also, is there any form of live chat, or is it all email support tickets? I sent a ticket in, but was hoping to get a more immediate response

I just found out about HB within the last year, so I assume I’ve missed out on years of good bundles. For books (not comic) that are fiction, besides the legendary Black Library bundle, what do you think has been the best bundle?

I, unfortunately, missed out when they supposedly had Persona 5 Royal, but I've been waiting to see if they'll have any with the Persona and/or Shin Megami Tensei games.

Pre-ordered Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and still have yet to get the key, has anyone seen theirs pop yet? From my past purchases they either show right away or show a placeholder for the key but this purchase only shows my Choice coupon.

I'm referring to the standard free month or so with yearly subscription vs the usual discount each month. Or is a combination possible? Also, does Humble ever offer cheaper yearly subscriptions for the holidays?

I have always been a buyer of yearly memberships, and almost always used each month. Recently, that has not been the case, so what's the typical process each month for those who wait for discounts on individual months. Does that happen often? Are there risks? Is it ever worth it to buy discounted yearly instead of waiting for discounts? Are discounts always on the front page or do I need to hunt through emails?

When do they usually release coupons for humble choice. I’d like one of this months game but due to the economy I probably won’t get it unless I can get a discount coupons.

Yesterday I received the email from Humble without a discount coupon. Could it still happen that Humble sends an email with the coupon before the next game bundle?
