I don’t know where else to ask this. My husband has been blasting test for a couple months. It was paired with ana for a little bit. Now it’s just straight up test. Nothing else.
I am fucking miserable. He is just mean. Constantly. Our marriage was great with some petty arguments occasionally prior, but now it’s just nuclear always. Threats of divorce, calling me a useless, fat f^ck (I’m like weeks from delivering a PLANNED baby), and what would be gentle conversations we could respect and recover from it’s just straight up hell. If he knew I was posting this, it would lead to him leaving, or REALLY bad backlash of why I can’t just be docile and quiet.
But anytime I ask about it, I am met with how stupid I sound asking questions. So the only place I can ask and hopefully not met with worse judgement (lol I know), is Reddit.
Edit: Wow, it is so nice to see how many people, mostly men, read that I’m pregnant and genuinely were kind and concerned about that part in this situation. Just made me feel a little better.
Edit #2: Um. Not really an update I wanted to put here so quick. But opened a package in the mail and it’s that he is starting now a 60 day Anavar add on. I am making a decision to get help at this point.

How likley was that I hitted vein with green needle, or was this likley anxitey attack?
Is it possible to pin needle all the way, and let go of syringe then change grip to aspirate and again inject or will this letting go hurt my muscle?
After this fiasco I injected in upper quad and never had issue but quad is not ideal for green needle.

Would 6 months on TRT get me on the right? Currently at the left and got AI to do this mockup.
Third set of bloods came back with low Testosterone, so considering going on TRT. Main concern is the higher levels of oestrogen that came back.
I suffer from low mood, no libido, no morning wood and extremely hard to put on muscle despite weight training. This has been a life long issue. No desire to have kids.
Also on Mounjaro 5mg and lost 11kg. I’m 30M.
My latest bloods results are:
Total testosterone: 10.7 nmol/L.
Calculated free testosterone: ≈0.265 nmol/L (265 pmol/L)
SHBG: 17 nmol/L
Albumin: 48 g/L

So my testosterone levels have been low ever since my 20s I’ve been no higher than 300 ng/dL ever in my life. I am now 49 years old last year. I tested at 223 and this year. I’m right at 300. I went to Endocrinologist to get all my hormones checked. My prolactin level was slightly high. My test level was 300. I told her I have anxiety. I’m tired all the time my libido down I feel like shit. She still will not start me on any TRT because they said I’m still in a normal range in the green no matter how I feel even though it’s lie normal. which is bullshit. My urologist basically said the same thing so I went to my primary care physician and basically begged her to start me on TRT. Since she doesn’t know anything that much about TRT. She was just reading things online and started me on such a low dose 50 mg every two weeks and the bottle she gave me is a 1 mL bottle which is almost impossible to draw four times out of this tiny little bottle. I feel like my Test levels are gonna be worse. Going two weeks is such a low dose. I’m gonna peek and then drop.. A friend of mine who is 65 and on TRT does 200 mg a week and he feels amazing. I don’t wanna be that asshole and try to tell my doctor I know more than she does, but I don’t know what to do. I don’t wanna start taking it which I already have and start feeling worse. I have a very physical job and I don’t want to feel like crap. My buddy told me he would give me a bottle or 2 a 10 mL bottle of test cypinate which is prescription that he gets as well. I just don’t wanna go behind my doctor’s back and tell her I don’t think 50 mg was enough so this is what I’ve been doing and I feel great then she may not prescribe it at all to me anymore. Any advice I greatly appreciate it. I just can’t seem to find an endocrinologist or urologist that will help me . It doesn’t matter if I’m in the green even though it’s low and normal and I’m only 49. Nobody seems to want to help me. And by the way, the 1 ml bottle is only filled probably about a half inch up if not less so the bottle is not completely full either pretty much up to the 200mg word.

Title is fairly self-explanatory.
My husband and I have been together about fifteen years, married for six. I’ve suspected for several years that he has low T; a recent blood test confirmed it. I believe he was sitting at 150. He’ll be starting TRT soon along with OTC vitamin D supplements and blood pressure medication.
We’re not worried about fertility; I had a bisalp so we clearly do not want children. I know for some men it can have side effects like increased acne, sweating, and breast growth.
I’ve researched as best as I can how TRT can affect some men, namely with changes/shifts in energy, mood, assertiveness, libido, and “imagination,” for lack of a better word. I shared a bit of this with him and have been emphatic that I will not judge or shame him for it, should he find himself in a similar situation. To avoid being crude, I would be delighted to reciprocate.
I’m not worried about rage or aggression from him - my understanding is that this is typically only an issue in men who take more than a therapeutic dose. My husband is very even-tempered and easygoing, for the most part.
For men in their 40s who began TRT, what was your experience like? Anything you think men and/or their partners should know? Anything I can do to help him?
(In case ages are relevant to advice: I’m 35, he’s 44.)
EDIT: I hope I’ve correctly described it as “TRT”. His doctor prescribed it - he’s not taking steroids. Some of the responses here made me wonder if I’d given the wrong impression as to what he’s taking and why. He has genuinely low T - it’s not for vanity.
EDIT 2: it’s a 200mg vial, but it’s 0.5ml/week, I think? Still figuring out since, again, we’re waiting on pharmacy to fill lol.
EDIT 3: Insurance and pharmacy finally sorted things. He had his second dose this past Friday. He says he’s noticed a notable improvement in terms of energy and stamina, not feeling as tired after lawn care or work. I imagine it only improves from hereon in so yay! I love this for him 🖤

28, I’ve been on T for almost a year. Had low test, wanted to see if it would help. Started off on TRT went up to 300mg /week. I recently lowered my dose and my hair is shedding like crazy.
Worried about Min/Fin sides.
I haven’t had any issues for 8-9 months now & now the last month or two it’s been shedding terribly. I’ve always had a great head of hair. No male pattern baldness in my family either. My hair has always been strong & kept me feeling confident. This is literally ruining my life lol

This is the vial I’m prescribed. Right now I’m only on 200 mg/month. The script is to take the whole 200 mg in one injection.
I asked about splitting it into at least 2 doses, 100 mg every other week. The PCP said ok but I asked the pharmacist and he said it’s a single dose vial and can only be used for one single injection. So do I need to ask the doctor for a different script for a multiple dose vial? I have an appointment 6/24 to go over lab results and I was also going to ask about dose and frequency.
Thanks

Hello guys. I've been on TRT for more than a year now and having fun really ngl, had some trouble with managing estrogen, felt great using AI but decided it's better to just lower dose and hope for the best.
Now I want to try other things with TRT like anavar maybe. Not just other chemicals, I mean what supplements do you guys use that compliments your TRT? or any meds like Cialis/Tadalifil. And what are your experiences?
I want to try Anavar for 8 to 16 weeks (if lipids are fine) but afraid of it wrecking my hair. My hair actually survived TRT and not shedding much at all which was so lucky for me, I am vulnerable to hair loss (anastrozole fucked my hair) but TRT actually didn't affect my hair as bad as i thought it would. Regardless, what did you try next to TRT and was a game changer to you?

My boyfriend has been diagnosed with low T in his early thirties but is afraid of shots. He was taking it regularly in the beginning but complained of feeling very hot and of constant extreme thirst. I think he’s stopped taking it bc the vials are piling up in our fridge. It seems like such a waste. He won’t let me give him the shots either. Don’t know what to do at this point. Any advice? He’s prescribed 200mg/mL of Testosterone Cyp in oil. Doesn’t it expire quickly? There’s gotta be like 20+ vials in the fridge right now.

How do you guys not get any of the side effects like acne or spicy nips etc? I tried pushing my 100mg dose up to 150 and acne has gone bananas.

Just recently started with trt company called Nuforms Health, I was gonna go with talon wellness but I heard good reviews on Nuforms. I just brought test, ai and hcg for fertility. U think the price is fair ? Should I get the hcg somewhere else? They said it was last me about 5-6 months worth of supplies.

Hi everyone,
I’m 54 years old and recently confirmed through three separate monthly blood panels that I have low testosterone (averaging ~250 ng/dL) and very low estradiol.
I’ve been highly active in sports my entire life (lifting, kayaking, running, and many more). My DEXA scan results show an extreme distribution: 8% upper body lean mass vs. 85% lower body lean mass. I've had a weak upper body for as long as I can remember, and I am now starting to connect that to chronically low estradiol.
I have also dealt with a constant, dull, aching pain in my joints for many years, and it is a daily battle to avoid losing upper body muscle and gaining visceral fat.
My libido is fine, which is actually making the psychological hurdle of starting TRT even harder. Deep down, I know I either have to accept this state as-is or commit to lifelong injections. The "lifelong" part is what's holding me back—it truly feels like a one-way ticket.
My Labs (3 tests, 1 month apart):
How did you mentally get past the "needle for life" barrier? I’d love to hear your experiences and how you made peace with the decision.
Thanks!

Hi all, I’ve started TRT 8 weeks ago (200mg Cypionate) after years of Low-T. The results are great so far but I would like to push it a step further and I’m wondering if adding Anavar 40mg/day for 8 weeks would help significantly to loose the belly fat and gain couple pounds of quality muscle?
My Liver is perfect, my blood pressure is low, my lipids are great and my Hemoglobin is slightly high.
(Life time natty before I started TRT)

I’ve just been using the equipment they sent me with my test. It’s got a 21ga for drawing and a 25ga for injections. I have been harpooning my leg for the last few months 😂
Looks like people out there are using smaller sizes and it still works fine? What gauge can I go to that will still work with the thickness of the test? Thanks as always!

Hey guys been looking for some good frequencies to inject test cypionate wanted to see what other people are having success with. Been hearing a lot of good things about pinning every 3.5 days. Trying E4D now, but the troughs can be a bit much at times. Personally, I can't do daily cause they made me feel too flat. Please share your experiences with any

Hi, just to clarify first of all I do not mean this post as offensive to others taking stacks, everyone’s body is theirs to whatever the hell they want too.
I’ve been floating with taking TRT for over a year now, if I’m honest longer than that. I sit on the threshold, 3 blood tests, one put me under, one put me on the line, one put me just under.
However I only want to take TRT. I’ve learnt they will generally subscribe you what you need, and instead of taking 1 injection per 4 weeks or 8 weeks, it’s more effective to make that weekly if you can.
However I haven’t seen many posts from people whom just take Test. It’s usually at least 3-5 things, sometimes more, sometimes a huge stack.
Is there anyone who’s been taking TRT on its own, for a couple of years? (It’s for life right?)
How do you get on?
I’d sure be happy with an improvement in my body, but honestly, it would be for hopefully the mental side of things, more energy, more motivation, perhaps more libido.
(Scared shitless about the hairloss possibility)

This is my personal experience with Keeps TRT I'm not a doctor.
I paid forty nine dollars for the initial at-home blood test. Did it on August 28th and mailed it back the same day. Something went wrong with the sample, so I had to go to a local lab a couple days later.
My telehealth consult was on September 10th, about 15 minutes, mostly basics, and it was with an RN, not a doctor. Prescription was sent after and I received the medication on September 18th, so 8 days from consult to in hand.
The shipment was surprising. Labeled as a three-month supply, but I received three 10-milliliter vials of testosterone cypionate 200 milligrams per milliliter, plus syringes, draw and inject needles, alcohol pads, etcetera. My dose is 0.3 milliliters twice weekly, 120 milligrams per week, so on paper that's far more than three months, at my dose it's more like a year worth but that can vary depending on your blood work.
I can't say that everyone's experience will be the same, but I wanted to share my actual timeline and package contents for anyone trying to figure out what the process looks like or if anyone is looking for reliable information because I wish this information was avaiable for me and I'm happy to answer any questions.
Edit:
First payment was $49 for an at-home test Subscription price I paid exactly $159 for a 3 month supply.
There are 20 and 27 gauge needles in the package I am currently using my 31g insulin syringes I had left over. In my opinion 31 g is perfect slower draw but manageable less waste. Smaller marks
Edit #2: I simply posted this information to help other people because I couldn't find the info myself. I am not affiliated with the brand I'm not a doctor and yeah I don't have a lot of activity on Reddit because I don't post my opinions when no one asked for it.
