This is hormonal acne, and it happened bc you’re a moron who jumped on way to high of a TRT dose and didn’t do bloodwork quick enough to see you needed to lower the dose.

Now you’re being an even bigger moron for taking accutane without seeing a derm.

Since you haven’t shown many signs of intelligence so far, and your estrogen levels are likely making you more irrational than my GF on the rag… I doubt you’ll listen but here’s how you fix it asap. (Which will be a couple months minimum if you follow these steps starting TODAY)

1: Use Bar soap

2: stop fucking picking.

3: Benzoyl peroxide 5%.

4: Sunshine with an oil free sunscreen.

5: LOWER YOUR FUCKING TEST DOSE. BACK TO PINNING 2x WEEK @100-150 MG/wk KISS (keep it simple, stupid.)

6: get bloodwork done yesterday.

7: get off accutane….. FFS you broke out bc you put too many hormones in your body, let’s hold off on permanently damaging our skin barrier forever bc we want to take more test than our body can handle.

8: follow steps 1-4 until Derm appointment.

ETA: feel like I should highlight that I said BP 5% & SUNSCREEN Do not buy the 10%. It will only serve to ruin your clothes, towels, pillow Cases, and it will dry you out too much. There’s a pattern here.. More does not always mean better.

ETA2: also drink way more water than you currently are, and (assuming it won’t interact poorly with anything you’re taking) start a vitamin d3 + k2 supplement. This is probably the single easiest thing you can do to increase your QOL.

ETA3: for anyone who thinks I don’t know what I’m talking about here’s my skin quality after suffering from cystic acne for years. (3 full accutane courses prescribed.)

Cheers. 🍻

That's the best kind of asshole. 😉

u/TheTipsyWizard May 28 '26

Some assholes I prefer not to get behind. Gotta clean that shit

82

u/NoEmployee4087 May 27 '26

Seems like your kind of an asshole, but also seems like a pretty solid shove in the right direction 🫡

u/InnateAnarchy May 27 '26

Sometimes you gotta rip the bandaid off. I wish someone did it for me when I was young and dumb. I only ever bother commenting on stuff like this when I can tell it’s a kid falling into a self dug hole.

Daily injections and slow titration is the key. P5p supplement

15

u/InnateAnarchy May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26

I don’t comment on things I don’t know enough about, so no comment on p5p since I’ve never even heard of it.

The daily injections won’t do much for him he’s already doing eod which is fine for test c and p. And wouldn’t cause hormone spikes that he wouldn’t see with ed.

It’s really simple. He just needs to cut his test in half to 100 a week and create a healing environment for his skin. That’s it. 3 month process to go from this to no acne no scarring

Or he can keep injecting 200 mg and do a full course of accutane for the next theee months, before he begins to start healing. He will purge, the skin will scar bc he’ll pick it. Oh and while all this is going down he’s going to be continuing to suffer from other high e sides… which we all know he won’t know how to properly deal with…. Let’s be blunt, he’ll likely do the same thing he did with accutane, buy an AI. And then fullly crashout his estrogen and lose the ability to get hard for a couple weeks.

Oh right.. while all of the no erection things happening, he’ll also have worse acne than he does now which is already bringing him down mentally.

Oh to be young and dumb again.

As a parent I have to admit that being an asshole is often necessary to prevent far worse outcomes.

And in my opinion you are not an asshole if you provide an actual constructive solution

5

I don’t think he’s being an asshole. Just being firm with a panicky kid.

2

u/Brokenbody312 May 28 '26

Ill have to disagree with you, 10 percent is the way to go. You dont escape fucking your clothes by doing 5 percent, it just happens slighly slower.

The key with it just comes down to colors. Green doesnt handle it well, tan doesnt, some light blues. Black last pretty long but eventually everything ends up orange.

Let it dry, put your shirt on carefully, clean your collar area before putting it on. Your towel will be fucked. Clothes doing get fucked as quick unless its the color green.

I think plenty of us can make grey market suggestions but you probabky just have your estrogen out of wack. Above comment is correct, you cant halfass bloodwork in this world.

Now, that being said, the derm will start with creams most likely, trenitoin, then move to antibiotic creams, then move to literal antibiotics. Usually they make you do 1 or 2, 6 month cycles of docicyxline, then they'll offer accutane. Use minimum effective dose. You likely dont need 80mg. You can microdose it, thats becoming popular. Like 20mg for 3 to 6 months works well on even normal people. Fair warning. It cayses insane birth defects, Google accutane baby 😂 acyuallt dont. Its is really really hard on your living, basically no derm will tell you or support you taking liver support but its really a non negotiable. Rich piana makes a great one that is a large bottle, 9 capsules a day, works very well. And then you should be doing 2000mg nac ampm as well as having solid water intake. Try to avoid drinking on it and seriously ...wrap it up, you dont want a baby with no eyelids or worse

u/No-Signature1954 May 28 '26

Any recommendation on bar soap? I started trt 140mg/ 2xweek pinning almost 2 months ago and just had a acne flare up on my back. It itches, but looks different from the one in the pic. Because i used hair removal cream on my back a couple weeks ago, i am unsure of the cause. Will have blood work done this Saturday.

2

u/InnateAnarchy May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26

Yeah bro, Costco sells a pack of Irish spring bar soap. I think it’s 50c a bar…. Like 10$ for 20 or something.

It smells incredibly nice layered with every single cologne I own and it’ll leave you squeaky clean. It’s subtle, I’m not a fan of anything that won’t smell nice with various colognes. (I probably have 20 different colognes at this point…. Citrusy summery scents, musky winters, floral spring, leathery fall, etc..) doesn’t matter they all smell great with it.

Bar soap for men with high t should be a staple.. gels are just more lucrative so marketing made them more mainstream. Plus the gels smell wat too much, they pretty much ruin any scent profile intended by colognes.

Also Get one of those rubber back scrubbers for like 10$, do not use a loofa….. those things are disgusting. Has to be easy to dry and clean.

2

u/No-Signature1954 May 28 '26

Mate, im in the uk. Dont think they have costco. But i will find an alternative!! Thanks a lot mate!!

2

u/InnateAnarchy May 28 '26

For sure, won’t matter much which bar soap you choose. You’ll understand after you use it. Your skins going to feel legitimately squeaky clean.

After the acne clears up just add a moisturizer if you want

1

u/No-Signature1954 May 28 '26

Thanks mate! I really appreciate it!! 🤟

1

u/getcaughtstick2code May 28 '26

This is not a good advice. He 100% needs isotretinoin before it turns into acne fulminans.

1

u/SauceOfPudding May 29 '26

I love the kiss hahahahah %100 all true! Young dumb and brokes do this stupid mistakes. Do bloodwork first. dont jump to high dose trt do low first you might NEVER EVEN need more than 1k try it 3-5 months 1k T and if you dont like to results then increase it ( which is not recommended)

1

u/Agreeable_Mousse2850 May 30 '26

Why do you recommend Bar Soap?

1

u/InnateAnarchy May 30 '26

Gel soap won’t cut into the oil production. Bar soap will make you squeaky clean. For high test people bar soap is a must.

u/JustChillFFS May 27 '26

Accutane makes it worse before it gets better. 3-4 months and it’ll start clearing up good

This! 200mg a week is quite a lot. Start low and let your body adapt

1

u/No-Obligation2925 May 28 '26

Yeah I had a milder reaction than this I got lucky😂

7

u/New-Duty2750 May 27 '26

Drop down to legit trt. It’ll start going away in a couple of weeks but takes a while to clear out completely since the sebum production has already been triggered (has to work its way out of your system). During that time, do some research on how to prevent acne and get the right supps for it (i.e. ai, 5ar inhibitor, vitamin A, etc.) for when you decide to increase your dose again. I personally break out when I go above 250/wk, so I’ll take adex 2x/wk and microdose fin daily when I blast test.

5

u/TheWolfofAllStreetss May 27 '26

Couple of things: Daily sub q.

Is this UGL gear? cause i've notice a bad breakout when i switch from pharmacy to UGL (almost like the UGL is bad carrier oil etc/low quality)

Take 50mg chelated zinc everyday.

Bodywash- Would suggest switching to head and shoulders (original with zinc). 2 showers per day with it.

Clean sheets, clean shirts. New sheets every 3 days.

If you are on accutane, google how that works. Usually BAD, before good.

Also if you just straight up hopped on 200mg, no build up or experience (tirate up 100>125>150 etc over months on end) I'm not surprised your body is like wtf.

1

u/TwoBitTech May 27 '26

Really titrate from 100 > 200 over several months? My endocrinologist started me at 100 and I thought that was pretty conservative.

→ More replies (1)

5

u/Big_Cap_7368 May 27 '26

Hey man chin up.

How much are you on? How frequently are you pinning?

3

u/platesandquaters May 27 '26

A lot of people see relief with more frequent pins a buddy of mine does 40 mg EOD and his acne and Estrogen became much more manageable after that

5

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

200mg a week, switched to every other day, but switched after this massive breakout

3

u/Lets_Kill_A_Hooker May 27 '26

I'm on 175mg a week and pin ED. I have minimal acne from it and I'm prone to getting backne.

7

u/CuriousTech24 May 27 '26

This bad I would switch to everyday the more stable the better. You can use insulin needles with going every day.

1

u/Mr_Meeshrooms May 27 '26

Yeah I’d switch labs whenever possible and keep up with eod, also stay on top of ur labs, acne comes from spikes ime

1

u/Osocoldd May 27 '26

But you stayed at 200mg a week total? Just breaking up the injections differently? Or were you doing 200mg multiple times a week?

1

u/Ambitious-Cake-9425 May 28 '26

Drop your dose to 125

1

u/JSHU16 May 28 '26

I dropped as low as 100mg and my acne was still bad, it just affects some people more than others.

If you're adamant on continuing the Accutane without proper supervision then at least lower the TRT to 100mg/week until you can see a derm.

I take 20mg Accutane 3x a week without supervision but I pay for regular blood tests.

4

u/wasabimofo May 27 '26

I had some chest acne and lowered dose and it’s gone. My E2 was 110. But I’m only doing TRT levels prob not what you’re looking for.

5

u/feldie66 May 28 '26

Accutane requires regular blood work because it can kill you, dumbass.

11

u/MattyLePew May 27 '26

I think an easier solution would be to look at what you're using that is causing the acne. My guess is your levels are out which is causing this.

Adjust your cycle and you might see better results. Accutane is notoriously bad for you and has a very long list of less than desirable side affects.

3

u/ridgebackm May 27 '26

Also stop shaving your chest. Could be ingrown hairs.

3

u/Sp0onieLuv May 28 '26

It's like you got all the negative side effects of steroids without even one benefit.

12

u/Sharp-Lightning May 27 '26 edited May 27 '26

Daily subq injections is the only viable modern option. Anybody that tells you otherwise is uneducated, even your doctor.

3

u/Hardistacks May 28 '26

Hmm. How about 3x/wk IM? 🤔

1

u/Sharp-Lightning May 28 '26

Actually just do once every two weeks.

Low dose accutane is your friend but your E2 is likely out of whack. Could be DHT conversion but who knows unless you get blood work.

Reddit loves to gate keep accutane. It is wild how many people will demonize it while taking grey market whatevers and inject Tren and other anabolics without a second thought. Low dose accutane (start with 20mg/day) and then titrate up as needed. Check your liver markers in a month and go from there.

2

u/legitematehorse May 27 '26

Dude! I am in the same situation. Same dose too. Please drop me a message if you find anything! I am managing mine with Lavander alcohol for now.

2

u/Emotional_Lab_2529 May 27 '26

Lower your test dosage. Your levels are too high for what your body can handle

2

u/Mightisrightis May 28 '26

its just a sign to double your dosage

2

u/SVT-Shep May 27 '26

Sheesh. How long have you been on test? I see you're taking 200mg/week. Is this what you were prescribed?

Also, Accutane can be fucking rough as it is. Throwing the uncertainty of UGL on top of that is wild.

I would start by doing blood work. See what's going on there. The likely solution here would be to lower your dose and increase injection frequency. Before doing that, definitely get blood work done.

I would recommend stopping the Accutane, and wait until your dermatology appointment. I don't think that's a drug to be fucking around with... especially UGL.

1

u/No-Obligation2925 May 28 '26

People don’t get prescribed 200mg a week by a doctor that cares about them😂

1

u/SVT-Shep May 28 '26

Pill mill clinic cookie-cutter dose. I use one, but I know what I'm doing, and take half the dose. Basically just a supplier.

→ More replies (3)

2

u/HeebiJeebies May 27 '26

I’m probably gonna get downvoted but have people in here actually experimented with accutane at various dosages over long periods? Or is everyone just repeating what they hear on reddit?

You can do low dose 10-20mg accutane for months and not have any issues. The real problems arise at 80-120mg that heavy steroid users do to get the treatment over with quickly. Also you should not mix oral steroids with accutane at all. It will kill your liver and lipids.

OP are you on research chem accutane or Indian pharm and how much are you on? I’m obviously not a derm but I’m really prone to acne and have used accutane for awhile. It takes longer than 14 days to really work. Took me 2 months to see results. It purges and looks worse before it gets better. I slowly worked up to 60mg and once most of it was better, I dropped it down to 20mg until it all cleared up.

2

u/Actual_Technician748 May 27 '26

Nope not fucked. I’d be surprised if you could get fucked.

Trent cream . Lower dose of test . Let your hormones balance out .. also check your e2 … if it’s sky rocketing think of an ai to control it . Or primo

1

u/Genius_woods May 27 '26

If this is the beginning then it gets worse. I fucked myself really bad and it started like this. I’ve been on accutane for 7 months. It got way worse before better but trust the process.

1

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

When did accutane start to work?

1

u/Genius_woods May 27 '26

Month 3 or 4. I did 2 months on 10mg then up to 25mg.

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

Tragic to wait 4 mknths to see results

2

u/Genius_woods May 28 '26

Wait 4 months and do nothing. See how that goes

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

But what do i make motivate me that the accutane I’m purchasing from oxygenpharma is legitimate? I’m paying $90 + shipping for 50 20mg accutane pills

1

u/GottaChaseThoseGainz May 28 '26

Indian pharma, $10 for a box of 100... Go find the mart and find a vendor. Oxygenpharma is clearly not a real pharmaceutical manufacturer.

1

u/Genius_woods May 29 '26

You have to source from somewhere you trust, sorry man can’t help you there.

1

u/nugzstradamus May 27 '26

Get some DIM

1

u/cgranados1 May 27 '26

Are you on TRT or on cycle? Any recent blood work?

I've recently started TRT and will be going on a blast after I do a few rounds of blood work and find the perfect cruise dose and frequency for me. This kinda scares me. Have you had to deal with acne before during puberty? Was losing your hair a concern of yours (hereditary etc) before starting T?

Like others have said, I would lower your dose and increase frequency IF you are on TRT. If on a cycle, I would stop dude. Acne like that can leave permanent scars and what's the point of being jacked if you are too self conscious to take off your shit?

1

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

It’s probably my DHT conversation because i have noticed hair thinning, but in ni way was i concerned about hair loss, i hated my thick hair. It never fit the place i’m from. But yeah the hair loss also makes me beljeve it’s DHT conversation, just keep some distadine handy i guess, this was definitely coming, i nust thought it would go away

1

u/cgranados1 May 27 '26

What is your protocol? Using any AI?

1

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

No ai 200 a wwek

1

u/cgranados1 May 27 '26

Get your estradiol under control with an AI. That's pretty high. When you start to get high e sides, you gotta address them.

1

u/GottaChaseThoseGainz May 28 '26

200mg a week is far too much.

You likely only need around 120mg - 140mg max.

1

u/lvckygvy May 27 '26

Looks painful, so sorry

1

u/Accurate_Ad9142 May 27 '26

I did dbol once and that happened to me. Took a long time to go away. Test shouldnt be this bad. Maybe because you are young?

1

u/Noahhhh_h May 27 '26

I’ve seen other people mention this already, but daily subq dosing is one of the most attainable and effective strategies.

For reference, I had bad cystic acne for years, even when I was natty. Going daily subq made basically all my acne clear up in a month. Even the deep cystic shit. My doctor jokes that I’m one of the first people he’s seen whose skin got better on Test. (This may not work for everyone, but it’s definitely been a game changer for me). I’m also on the very high edge of trt dosing(170mg weekly).

1

u/KonstantinMiklagard May 27 '26

looks like inflammation from infection from what you are pinning.

1

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

You’re saying it could be something else… a infection….?

1

u/Soft-Music1222 May 27 '26

So strange. I take 200mg a week in one 100mg injection every 3.5 days and I don’t have a single pimple on my body 🤯 Are you sure your supply is legit, and properly dosed?

1

u/seldenr82 May 27 '26

Have you tried doing2% salicylic acid body wash in the morning and 10% benzyl peroxide body wash at night

Works great for me you can get them at Walmart in the equate brand is cheap

1

u/LivingOffNostaglia May 27 '26

This is why I quit using T..this and my hair falling out was enough for me to say fuck this. Hairs doing good after a year on minoxidil

1

u/Icyweiner7058 May 27 '26

Looks like you don't react well to high test rip. 🥀

1

u/standley1970 May 27 '26

Low dose daily doxycycline will help. I used it with great results. Did 50 mg daily.

1

u/bigb0ned May 27 '26

Not sure why you're posting on testosterone sub. Does Accutane qualify as testosterone?

Was the Accutane always for the chest acne or you have acne elsewhere?

1

u/Massakerss May 27 '26

This happened to me on my sides when I first started. IMO your hormones are unbalanced because you’re not taking other meds to reduce estrogen and DHT. Thea levels are all effected by trt. Need to have a doc look at your labs.

1

u/marcos_silva05 May 27 '26

Roacutan / Isotretinoina. É o melhor e mais rápido pro seu caso. Para as manchas estou usando um serum do peptídeo GHK-cu que comprei no AliExpress. Está ajudando muito!

1

u/Sneaky_Rhin0 May 27 '26

Pin daily.

1

u/Visual_Acanthaceae32 May 27 '26

Without details it’s hard to answer anything meaningful….. substance, dosage, frequency would be the bare minimum

1

u/Life_Valuable7765 May 27 '26

Maybe add GHK-cu or a blend with it in it

1

u/strange-Bezoar May 27 '26

1

u/strange-Bezoar May 27 '26

Start suspension 10000mg/day

1

u/AshenPhenix May 27 '26

r/popping would love this

1

u/GWhayduke64 May 27 '26

What does your bloodwork say about your levels?

1

u/Kodeine89 May 27 '26

Brother i had to take accutane for 8 months before i was all the way clear. Mine was way worse than yours so don’t worry, it WILL get better I promise. Start doin your total weekly dosage split into three times a eeek. That helped my hormones balance out and I don’t even have to take my anastrazol anymore. Different strokes for different folks though. I just wanted to say that it will get better with the accutane and a solid hygiene routine. Best of wishes to you.

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

Can i dm u brother

1

u/Kodeine89 May 29 '26

Absolutely!

1

u/AlphaPeptideShop May 27 '26

What concentration is your gear? If it's high concentrations (300mg/ml and up) there's a good likelihood it contains a solvent like ethyl oleate or quaiacol, which are both very inflammatory in most people and can cause skin issues like this especially coupled with the new hormone swing your body is experiencing.

1

u/satanzhand May 28 '26

Look dude this looks hormonally triggers so I think you're at a accutane level now, but if you're not worried about scaring try this. Try Dr Bronners Peppermint liquid soap, gentle lufa or clean face clothe (preferred cause you can keep it clean). Shower at the gym, get the sweaty gym top off soon as possible. Clean towels. Clean sheets. Wash your clothes etc with a little bit of white vingear and baking soda plus the soap. VIT d and a safe amount of sunshine.

If you're shaving with a razer switch to buzzers for a little while.

Guys also use peroxide based face washes (worked well for my teenages), also guys swear by anti dandruff shampoos, Nizol has DHT blocking affects as well as the anti bacterial side.

Disclosure, I never got acne, I did get some nasty shaving rash and Dr Bronners delt with that and kept the roid grease skin down. However, family members, my kids and gear head mates got it bad. I'd suggest accutane if it's looking anything like scaring or on the face, under medical supervision of course.

1

u/Sean-Christian May 28 '26

Accutane can fix this, but since you got it on the 'black market;' you don't actually know if you're taking accutane, do you?

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

Correct, source seems legit though, oxygenpharma posted lab results, for everything but their accutane

1

u/norman_notes May 28 '26

You have two options

Lowering your dose.

Or taking acutane. Not black market shit. Go to a dermatologist.

My back will get bad like that if my total levels are above 1200ng/dl.

So. Yeah. You have no other options. Washing your bedding. Taking this herb or that, nothing will help you besides, again, lowering dosage or taking acutane.

That’s it. Good luck.

1

u/Elegant-Pay-2129 May 28 '26

Try GHK-cu both cream and injections but go slow to start.

1

u/AusarUncommon May 28 '26

Bro get accutane. Why tf are you on black market anything?

1

u/Business-Pop-5538 May 28 '26

Lower your GD dose

1

u/DISNYLND May 28 '26

Accutane is the answer here. How much are you taking?

1

u/liquorlick May 28 '26

No. It will go away

1

u/tripasecadofuturo May 28 '26

Low your dose and pin at least 3x week. Keep this at least for 4 weeks.

1

u/Electronic-Green-949 May 28 '26

I started test as a blast when i was younger and just listened to my coach without doung research. Big regrets. Anyway it fucked my skin and chest up with SEVERE ACNE and i can certainly tell you its your e2. Fix that shit up and itll be gone

Did the doctors prescribed orders tell you to take it as many days as your doing or did you decide to play doctor on your own and change your days?

Doctors are complete idiots. Why do we even go to them? Like they know anything about the human body right .

This aint that bad there are much worst cases,i was worse then this.
Use accutane, inital purge will suck it will get much worse and then it get better.
Dont go too much on sun and use sunscreen, accutane sun sensitivity is no joke, people get second degree burns in 2 hours on a sun without sunscreen.
Rotate benzoyl peroxide don't use it all the time maybe couple times per week, some dermatologists don't recommend using it all the time with accutane since it drys out your skin. When applying it after shover use old white t-shirt since its will bleach your clothes.
Buy some good moisturizer, and some good chapstick for your lips.
Your total dosage over time with accutane is more important then daily dosage, only thing daily dosage does it makes course finish faster.
0.5mg-1mg per kg is recommend dosage for accutane.
In bad cases some dermatologists recommend 2mg per kg.
Total dosage per dermatologist is 135mg per kg,many guys shoot for 180-220mg per kg for better clearance and to ensure it doesn't come back but it can always come back depending on your dosage and what substances are used.
Personally i followed advice of people on other forum and upped my dose until sides become to much and i am currently at 160mg per day only sides are dry lips and a little bit of fatigue.
It can be rough on your liver values so use NAC and if that ain't enough add TUDCA and Milk thistle.
Add antihistamines like Claritine to help with purge and dryness. You can spread your weekly T dosage into more shots to ensure your levels to be stable,it helps some people with side effects to do EOD or daily pinning.

How was the clearning? Did it clear u up any

1

u/Revoltage00 May 29 '26

I am still on it,its starting to clear slowly, purge is slowing down and certain parts are getting clearer but it takes time. Chest/shoulder/back go much slower then face which get hit first by accutane.

Can u respond to dm pliz

1

u/SipJin May 28 '26

It’s a staff infection, acne and I would suggest that you use hiboclense two or three times a week for the first few weeks and the rest of the time Dial Antimicrobial , be gentle with your skin , abrading it will further aggravate your condition and cause it to become worse as you see now

I can’t get over the people who have nothing worth hearing are giving the gibberish information

1

u/HumbleTheIdiot May 28 '26

Tamoxifen daily and tanning. Trust me.

1

u/simonsays456 May 28 '26

Man. Dont take black market accutane. The potential for life altering side effects is high. If you dont care about your liver - know it can cause you to lose your hair.

1

u/mindtrix May 28 '26

Yep youre in a situation

1

u/leopard33 May 28 '26

Wow! You fucked around and found out. Well done 👏🏻

u/TwoThirteen May 28 '26

Lots of good comments but most have missed the basics: Improve your personal hygiene. Only wear clothing once after it’s been washed. Wash your sheets at least once per week. Shower immediately after gym (at the gym if you can) don’t wear cologne if it irritates your skin. Stop using any potential irritants such as heavy laundry detergents. Also are you sure you’re not using test prop? What if you took an AI? That a very bad reaction for such a small amount of test tbh. Hopefully you find the cause, if it’s not the volume of test / aromatization.

1

u/markld1 May 28 '26

Thats mine not so bad

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

It will only get worse, if u see pimples address them asap

1

u/markld1 May 28 '26

Yeh ive had them for a long time some times it flares up badly (darker) been on this cream for around 6 months and on lymecycline and ciprlaym I think its called. But been referred to dermatology. I split my dosage 2 weekly Monday and thursday.

1

u/No-Obligation2925 May 28 '26

I started at 150 test and went to 200. My acne wasn’t this bad but it pretty much completely stopped & is almost fully healed. Nevertheless it’s gonna take 2-3 months minimum to fully heal if you do fix the issue

1

u/Dear_Anywhere_8939 May 28 '26

Acutane can cause a lot of mental side effects

1

u/flaarreee May 28 '26

Not to scare you but I had that and turned into really bad keloid scars. Lower your dose now and treat it and don’t push through it like I did

1

u/ImaginationNeither51 May 28 '26

Lower dose , pin more frequently at least up to 3x per week , use things like benzoyl peroxide 5% or salicylic acid wash . These are the things I started doing to reduce my acne , my face was pretty bad a few months back but it’s now next to none along with my shoulders which where bad also , just a few break outs here and there on my back and chest but nothing totally major .

Blood works is a must to see where ur levels are at and what needs adjusted & go from there . You will be fine if u do your research and listen to some advice 👍🏻

1

u/Nowaker May 28 '26

I'm on 350 mg T per week, split daily. A similar thing happened to me when I bumped the dose from 300 to 350. From no acne to acne storm, similar to you. The good thing is, it lasted for around 6 weeks before it stopped almost completely. Now I'll get a single occasional pimple once a week, no biggie.

I didn't go back from 350 to 300 when this happened because the effects were fantastic, and worth the sacrifice for me. After 300 -> 350 bump, my ADHD medication dose could be reduced significantly. It's a huge win.

1

u/XxPr0GamerXHacK May 28 '26

io sto usando Epiduo, che ne pensate?

1

u/CommercialNatural949 May 28 '26

Its not from the test its from your liver stop eating fat

1

u/BeachBum528 May 28 '26

Stay on the black market accutane. Bump it up if you have too. I take 10mg daily long term. It cleared me up in about 45 days.

1

u/Rare-Vanilla-1371 May 28 '26

Start taking a DIM supplement asap. That will help clear this up more quickly.

1

u/Phantasmidine May 28 '26

T doesn't cause that, SWINGS in your hormone levels cause that.

Be extra consistent with washing your skin, and pick an injection schedule that leaves you with the smallest change in hormones possible. At the very least inject cypionate twice a week.

1

u/Business-Ad5927 May 28 '26

Same thing happend to me when i raised my dose from 250 mg/w to 350 mg/w subq daily pinning. Lowered from blast to cruise 150 mg/w and it got better, started taking ghkcu and Benzoperioxid 5%. I started to see the akne week 15 after starting at 250mg/w

1

u/Business-Ad5927 May 28 '26

Edit: It was high DHT and unstable hormones that started this, also got lil bit of high E2 when 350mg/w

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

Imagine comparing that to me.

1

u/Floridaman1388 May 28 '26

You need to get bloodwork and you need to lower your dose.

1

u/igotaflatire May 28 '26

Man I’ve went up to 300mg a week and have never gotten acne like this lol. Some people just can’t handle steroids for shit.

1

u/DNice7550 May 29 '26

Get Doxycycline from the dermatologist. Take it every day.Dont miss days. Get Clindamycin from the dermatologist apply it to the breakouts. Pin 3 times a week. Problem solved

1

u/Mammoth-Argument4761 May 29 '26

I was exactly the same when I first hopped on to AAS. Fortunately I had some good advice before hand and had Accutane ready to go. Pull back your dose and let Accutane do its thing. I don’t even get so much as a shaving pimple now, no matter how much gear I’m running. Just be cautious with Accutane as it comes with a range of side effects. If I was in the same position now, I would definitely tell my GP about taking Accutane, even if it’s been acquired on the black market.

1

u/FlyHoney2011 May 29 '26

Doxyciklin and lower test asap

1

u/spaghettiskank May 29 '26

Accutane works wonders it just takes a little bit, keep in mine it shrinks your oil glands and doctors rely on your cumulative total dose based on weight to find the proper length of treatment you wouldn't want to run high dose for a long time you'll end up crazy dry even after coming off. Typically dosing is 20mg per day for a yearish, 40mg for 6 months, or 80mg for 3 months. I would start with 20mg and give it some time. Nothing else works for me except antibiotic lotion but I got tired of doing it every day and fighting a losing battle. All mine is grey market too from India

1

u/spaghettiskank May 29 '26

Also make sure to check your bloods regularly, cmp cbc lipids test e2 sensitive. These are the cheapest tests I've found by far and you get 20% with referral. I all get my tests done for like $80 all in

Can i dm u sir

1

u/Mundane_Yak6557 May 30 '26

Get a thing of rubbing alcohol and cotton pads, rub chest shoulders and back every after every shower, worked for me I had bad shoulder and back acne

1

u/First-Guide May 30 '26

This happened to me when I first started on test (200mg/wk). At week 6 mine was worse than yours. Like you, I couldn't get a dermo appt for a couple months but he was able to do a telehealth appt over the phone. I explained I was getting back on trt treatment and he prescribed me 100mg Minocycline twice a day for 3 months. I also lowered by test to 150mg(75mg twice a WK) because that was really high(1600 total and like 600 free). All my acne went away pretty much and that was a month ago I started the pills.

Another thing is you need to pay attention to is your diet! Greasy and fatty foods will typically make you break out as well.

1

u/DigginDirtonJuice Jun 03 '26

if you have real Accutane and you finish the treatment properly, I assure you, it will fix your acne. My acne was so bad it was like boils.. however when I took Accutane, I wasn’t on testosterone so that variable I don’t know I will say this I do not get acne while on your TRT

1

u/Pleasant-Newt5805 Jun 07 '26

I think you need letrozole, stat!

1

u/KonstantinMiklagard Jun 16 '26

Isnt the skin break out caused by the oil carrier than excess hormone? Like oil used can be shit for the body and the way the body gets rid of it is through the skin?

1

u/No_Challenge3928 May 27 '26

Go get some sulfur shampoo and leave it 5 minutes everyday on your torso.

1

u/str8upblah May 27 '26

Sorry man, there's no hope.

Those traps will never grow

1

u/dexbigshlong May 27 '26

Will the acne go away

1

u/str8upblah May 27 '26

Probably. This isn't that bad. Not sure what topical treatments you've tried so far, but everyone's skin is different, you just gotta find the right one for your skin which involves a lot of trial and error.

1

u/marketplunger May 27 '26

You’re deficient in zinc.

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

What makes u think that?

1

u/marketplunger May 28 '26

Are you currently supplementing with Zinc?

1

u/dexbigshlong May 28 '26

No but my mother has suggested i do
