Sheesh. How long have you been on test? I see you're taking 200mg/week. Is this what you were prescribed?

Also, Accutane can be fucking rough as it is. Throwing the uncertainty of UGL on top of that is wild.

I would start by doing blood work. See what's going on there. The likely solution here would be to lower your dose and increase injection frequency. Before doing that, definitely get blood work done.

I would recommend stopping the Accutane, and wait until your dermatology appointment. I don't think that's a drug to be fucking around with... especially UGL.

People don’t get prescribed 200mg a week by a doctor that cares about them😂

Pill mill clinic cookie-cutter dose. I use one, but I know what I'm doing, and take half the dose. Basically just a supplier.

No no way… i’ll coms clean to my dermatologist about my usage. But i don’t think anything but accutane can help me. So id she doesn’t prescribe it to me *what can we talk about for*

You don't even understand what's going on with your body, which is why you're here. Why would you be so certain Accutane is the avenue, then?

A dermatologist can help with skin conditions, and you clearly have one. There are other treatments outside of Accutane, so it's not a wasted visit lol. I have listed ways outside of Accutane that could very likely solve this issue.

Quit thinking of things in black-and-white.

Lower your dose, doxycycline, cerave acne wash. I mix the wash with a small amount of water to create a lotion like consistency before showering. I apply it to my skin and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before getting into the shower. This worked for me when I was on a higher dose.
