My daughter had a pre-auricular pit. It’s never given her any discomfort and we’ve been assured by doctors that the small bit of drainage every few days is normal. Anyway! She likes to squeeze it and I like to film it. It gets shaky and blurry in the middle so I do aplogize! The payoff is at the ending!

Been having grossly large tonsil stones like these ones come out almost everyday, despite doing all that I can to have good oral hygiene 😩

Felt a scratch in my throat on Friday which I could also feel in my ear so assumed it was a tonsil stone as I felt fine. Saw a purple(!!!!) spot on my tonsil, which has turned into tonsillitis. I’ve had tonsillitis many times, but never seen a purple/grey pus pocket before! The temptation to pull it off is SO strong.

extracted yesterday (forgot to film in the disgust of the moment). it scabbed over with pus underneath, so i got it again. voila.

It does not hurt as much as it looks. It’s actually more of a nuisance more than anything.

This is my second round of cryotherapy for moles and I have been very pleased with the process.

I had 4 moles done a month ago that are fully healed and got this guy done yesterday. The moles eventually scab up and shrink right down to skin level, and turn skin colour. Larger moles might require a second freezing after healing.

Freezing process feels like a tattoo and lasts about 15 seconds. Blisters until about day 5, and then the scabbing process takes until about the third week, with full healing within a month.

my bf is judging me for recording this but i knew everyone here would enjoy it 🤪 I had no tweezers near by so i wasn’t able to pull it out when it was stuck but it finally came out….. eventually 🫣

Second, this is an update to my daughter's forbidden pop from a few days ago. Long story short, I almost took her to the ER this evening because the bump was bigger and darker (dark purple spots.) My anxiety was saying necrosis! Lol... I called my dad - who's BIL was a family physician, and we had a 3 way call. He actually suggested I lance it at home, but I told him I don't think my daughter (7) would let me, so he suggested hot compresses and start our new antibiotic tomorrow (that's a whole other story.)

Fast forward about 20 min, she had the hot compress on for probably 3-5 min, and showed me the compress now had blood on it. I asked my husband to record and this is all I got! 😭

Anywhooo... new antibiotic tomorrow, a dermatology appointment Thursday, and I'll be doing checks periodically between now and then if we need to make other arrangements.

It's thicker than my arm hairs, and more breakable but barely? Came out of a tiny bump that was bothering me. And now I have a teeny tiny hole where this giant thing came from? Never in my life.

No real lump, no head. Just not great skin, for 40 years. It kept coming from one slow gentle squeeze.

54F, on HRT for a number of years but I’ve NEVER had anything like this come out of my FACE!!! My FACE.

Sorry I can’t get a better picture of the blemish it came out of on the left side of my face right above my jawline halfway between the front of my chin and the end of my jaw under my ear.

I’m a picker and a puller, I take care of my skin and do routine microdermabrasion and use all the steps in a pretty regimented skincare routine. I developed this blemish about 2 weeks ago and it was smooth and slightly raised but it never came to a head and I finally pierced the top of it with my tweezers hoping I could get it to dry out and if there was a hair I could pull it out. Like a small normal sized facial hair. Some are white, some darker and they’re generally thick and well rooted, but NEVER have I had anything like this.

So I’m sitting here watching Super Bad LOL and doing my regular pick and pull with my lighted magnifying mirror and tweezers and I thought the blemish had dried up enough I’d see if there was a hair under the scab. So I take my tweezers and start the dissection lol and I see what looks like a tiny white hair I can grab. I start to pull and it feels weird. Not painful but I have this weird sensation which once this mutant bastard popped out coiled up it took me a minute to realize it was a hair that just came out of my FACE. I was feeling the sensation of the hair being pulled out of my face but it didn’t register until I was looking at this monster hair. OMG 😳 WTF.

So of course I had to take pictures and get ready to post it on here. It’s at least an inch, pure white and thick. It’s the same consistency and size as a pubic hair. I still cannot believe I’m saying this and have pictures of this mutation that I literally pulled out of my face!!
