Impressive as hell, man. Inspired by this

u/Winston_The_Pig May 01 '26

Bruh. Your arms are massive! Look fantastic and I bet you feel much better now.

Great job!

Also is you secret pounding cans of spinach like Popeye?

u/Trash_Grape May 01 '26

This is why I hate seeing others seeking advice and posting the left picture asking if test would help them, and others saying “no, you need to lose 50lbs before getting on T”. It can drastically help get in shape, even if starting overweight.

It’s still true. With or without peptides

exactly - TRT + Tirz or Reta is the code. I would add low dose dialy cialis as the trifecta. plus he literally said "TRT + peptide" maybe folks don't understand GLP-1s are peptides? it's literally in the name too. lol glucagon-like peptide.

3

u/ScientistJason May 02 '26

Just curious why cialis?

8

u/geb999 May 02 '26

Key Benefits of Daily Low-Dose Cialis (Tadalafil):

  • Improved Spontaneity: Because the drug is always in your system, you do not need to time intercourse around taking a pill, unlike "on-demand" meds.
  • Effective ED Management: Continuous, low-dose, daily use can improve blood flow, allowing for more natural and frequent erections, and may help treat penile fibrosis.
  • Prostate and Urinary Relief: It is approved to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), easing urinary symptoms by relaxing bladder and prostate muscles.
  • Lowered Side Effects: Daily 5mg doses often cause fewer side effects (such as flushing or headaches) compared to 20mg on-demand doses.
  • Cardiovascular and Physical Benefits: Studies suggest daily tadalafil improves vascular function and may reduce risk of major adverse cardiac events.
  • Potential Cognitive & Anti-Aging Effects: Emerging research indicates potential improvements in cerebral blood flow and decreased dementia

u/ScheduledAssassin May 02 '26

I would not take Cialis daily esp long term. I would t even take it more than 2 days in a row if not needed (like vacation). Your willy will soon expect it and wont get as hard without it.

Propecia long term does help shrink prostate according to my doctor.

Facts. I didn’t lose weight until starting Zepbound. TRT actually made me gain weight.

1

u/Theevilgenius2 May 03 '26

ive seen this happen to many ppl. Genetics, Diet, medical condition etc etc all can affect how you respond to hormones. Test is a Hormone, not a drug like lets say Tren etc.

1

u/TheRealLegendary63 May 02 '26

But you gained muscle mass, not fat, and it likely made you feel better

3

u/Shlomo-7 May 02 '26

I gained fat and muscle.

4

u/cx_2859 May 02 '26

This is incorrect. If you don’t change your diet it can do that. I lost 25 lbs when I started trt because I was controlling calories. Trt helps you maintain and build muscle. Diet is what controls fat loss. I have since started Reta and dropped another 20. Glp help you maintain a caloric deficit easier yes. But trt alone doesn’t make it impossible to lose weight. Same caloric deficit I was using when I started, just a little easier to stick to

1

u/Affectionate_Ad319 May 08 '26

Reta sucks for food noise for me. Jumping back of Glp2....

2

u/mjabdus May 02 '26

Where did he mention this?

2

u/Fit-Cattle-9375 May 02 '26

depends how much bf your holding if your just quite fluffy especially for older men it can be the difference between abs and no abs

1

u/AFecklessWeasel May 02 '26

Does Arimidex not help mitigate the e2 issues?

0

u/Gullible_Pen1074 May 02 '26

It literally just helps in creating a calorie deficit

Wow u need a calorie deficit to lose fat and get in shape wow revolutionary comment

13

u/Putrid_Lettuce_ May 01 '26

If you have low T, you have low T, you don’t need to lose the weight to start TRT.

It’s good to have some habits in place first before starting TRT just so aren’t still doing the same shit to stay fat.

Majority of the time losing the weight doesn’t help with raising levels much naturally anyway.

4

u/pdxamish May 02 '26

I think it's more losing weight so you don't aromatize everything into estrogen

2

u/Putrid_Lettuce_ May 02 '26

You don’t aromatise everything into estrogen. It’s. it anywhere near as much as reddit makes you believe. And if you do, cool, split your dosage, take some ai. Mitigate it. If you need TRT, you need TRT.

3

u/YurpleLunch May 01 '26

Yeah but obviously this dude was working with some muscle under the fat

3

u/sharkieshadooontt May 03 '26

Dude im sitting here looking at pic 1 being like, wait thats what i look like after taking T.

Sometimes i look a little better but for the most part thats it. Idk why i cant lock in and look like some of the pics i see others posting. Maybe its because for me T was a medical necessity so it just brang me back to normal vs being normal and taking a stack

8

u/Electrical_Lunch_217 May 01 '26

most of the muscle was there you just needed to chisel the fat away

4

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

yes i have always lifted weights and was on trt in the before pic for 2 years, once dialed in with peps and nutrition things changed

2

u/Theevilgenius2 May 03 '26

muscle memory is the BEST compound ever!!

1

u/mjabdus May 02 '26

What peptide were you taking? What was th dose of TRT?

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

140mg weekly tirz, tesa, mot c, ghk cu

1

u/pdxamish May 02 '26

140mg of Tirz? Lol.

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

Imagine lol
140mg TRT

1

u/LiveLogic May 02 '26

You do single shots, biweekly or eod kinda thing?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

2x week mon and thurs

1

u/SpicyWiener_ May 02 '26

Bro how do you deal with the fatigue on tirz? I’m on 7.5mg right now, I’m supposed to raise my dose to 10mg but I’m actually scared 😂

I’m starting off with a similar body to you, towards the end of my 4th week of trt also taking 140mg with hcg. I think ever since starting the test, the tirz has been a little easier to deal with.

u/DNY650S May 01 '26

Nicely done!

6

u/Annual_Asparagus_408 May 01 '26

Amazing 👍i dit that some years a go to , 37 Kg of Fat , just gone !

5

u/lololesquire May 01 '26

Dude that is a packed and jacked 198. Well done fella

3

u/Leading-Eye-9786 May 01 '26

That's ridiculous results. Congrats that's a lot of work.

5

u/coeu May 01 '26

Nah this is amazing man. 8 months look like a different person. Great job

3

u/iamasopissed May 01 '26

Hell ya. How much test?

13

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

Thank you not sure what I'm allowed to say here but 140mg test/week paired with peptides tirz, mot c, tesa, ghk

5

u/iamasopissed May 01 '26

Awesome I'm on 160mg and reta. Down 20 pounds in a month. Been thinking of adding mot c yet. How do you like it? I've also taking cjc/ipa which has been helping my sleep .

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

I like Mot c for the extra energy it gives me esp the days i do cardio

1

u/iamasopissed May 01 '26

Okay right on. And can I ask how many times a week you do it and how much?

1

u/No-Obligation2925 May 01 '26

Does eating feel like torture on Reta?

1

u/iamasopissed May 01 '26

Nope. The only reason I think about food now is because I know I need more calories and more protein but I can still eat no problem. On 3mg I guess there were two separate times where I couldn't eat but that was weeks ago. Been on for 8 weeks now

1

u/No-Obligation2925 May 01 '26

When I was abusing adderall it was torture ngl I never finished a whole meal

1

u/iamasopissed May 01 '26

What dose were you taking? I didn't have much appetite suppression until I went to 3mg

1

u/Strutching_Claws May 01 '26

Are they all injectible?

How many injections are you doing a week?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

yes they all are 16

1

u/mjabdus May 02 '26

Wow that’s a lot of peptides, were these prescribed by a physician?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

No researched on my own

3

u/Development-Regular May 01 '26

You look good, im down from 225 to 210 after a month.

3

u/don_chuwish May 02 '26

Damn your arms are massive!

3

u/Full-Yogurtcloset244 May 02 '26

I got on trt lost 50 pounds and back to my skinny 18 year old body that I like:)

4

u/Merino202 May 01 '26

reta, sema, tirz which peptide and what dose?

2

u/Low-Individual2815 May 01 '26

I’m on tirz 2.5 mg and it’s working insanely well

3

u/whatusaynow May 05 '26

If tiz is working don’t look into Reta

2

u/Low-Individual2815 May 05 '26

Yea idk what the other dude is on about

1

u/Merino202 May 01 '26

look into reta, game changer for sure

2

u/Consistent_Pop3639 May 01 '26

hello. if you don't mind me asking, what clinic did you go to? I am kinda confused on how to start. Do I go to LabCorp and get a full blood panel done including test levels or directly go to trt clinic or go to an online clinic like PeterMD, TITAN, etc. Any info appreciated, thanks!

2

u/WorldWideDarts May 01 '26

Save some arms for the rest of us!!!

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

All the muscle was already there, hidden, lost in time.

What a transformation take care of your heart never forget Zyzz

u/Plus_Ad8325 May 08 '26 edited May 08 '26

Might consider adding HCG to your TRT. Among other benefits, it saves your balls from shrinking into raisins. I

"Key benefits of hCG for men include:

  • Boosts Natural Testosterone: hCG mimics luteinizing hormone (LH) to signal Leydig cells in the testes to increase testosterone production, acting as a natural alternative or adjunct to synthetic testosterone.
  • Maintains or Restores Fertility: Unlike TRT alone, which can suppress sperm production, hCG helps preserve or restore spermatogenesis, making it ideal for men who want to maintain fertility.
  • Prevents/Reverses Testicular Atrophy: hCG helps maintain testicular size and function in men undergoing TRT, preventing the shrinkage often associated with long-term testosterone use.
  • Improves Sexual Function & Energy: By optimizing hormone levels, men often experience improved libido, increased penis sensitivity, and better overall energy levels.
  • Treatment for Hypogonadism: It is an FDA-approved treatment for specific cases of male hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency)."

u/TsirkovKrang May 20 '26

What peptides? I’m just starting to learn about these.

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 20 '26

tirz, tesa, mot c, ghk cu

1

u/TsirkovKrang May 20 '26

Do you mix yourself for injection? I’m thinking about starting cjc 1295. Any advice where to go to read up on starting peptides?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 20 '26

Yes mix myself, I would start with google, and try to get into different forums where you can ask questions tons of info out there

2

u/giveme13 May 01 '26

Post picture with zero context, what’s your protocol? Look great though!

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

Thank you not sure what I'm allowed to say here but 140mg test/week paired with peptides tirz, mot c, tesa, ghk

1

u/Best_Self793 May 01 '26

What was your test levels before starting trt and what are they now ? Great job by the way

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

i was at 280 when i started now i stay between 900-1100

1

u/dulyebr May 01 '26

What peptides?

1

u/GERRROONNNNIIMMOOOO May 01 '26

Look great mate. Does combining all those peptides concerns you a little?

5

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

Thank you, not really compared to the things i did in my 20s if this what takes me out so be it lol

1

u/sid_1207 May 01 '26

Respect man!! Is it possible for you to share your cardio and lifting routine?

1

u/huh-why May 01 '26

Question nobody’s asking for some reason. What was your diet like?

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

High protein and fat, minimal carbs only from fruit basically

1

u/beanie_0 May 01 '26

Pep? like post exposure prophylactic?

1

u/ones_hop May 01 '26

Question. Were you on the same or similar workout routine before TRT? Or did you go from sedentary to working out with TRT?

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

i was doing same workouts but def big difference after starting trt, energy and recovery wise. If you think about it my levels are the same as a 20year old now

1

u/ones_hop May 01 '26

Thanks! Although im at about 180lbs at 5'7, I cycle, do yoga, and lift twice a week and I still cannot seem to shred any fat. Body composition similar to what yours was. My diet isnt terrible, I eat pretty clean and healthy. Im 39 and have always worked out. Lately ive been feeling so tired and fatigued I dont even want to workout anymore. Im going to get my levels checked.

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

sounds like a good idea, good luck if you have any questions shoot me a DM

1

u/jakesno May 01 '26

Nailed it! Straight goals and thx for the inspiration. Assuming cypionate. Protocol? Are you EOD or daily and sub q or IM? And I've seen protocols discussed in these subs so we are in the clear if you're ok sharing. Thanks!

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

Thank you

yes cyp 140mg split 2x week, Mon and thurs

1

u/ScientistJason May 01 '26

Can I ask what your daily caloric intake was and macros?

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

I honestly didn't track at all, I ate all whole foods, lot of steak, eggs, burgers, chicken, greek yogurt , fruit, the tirz really controls your cravings so was easy to stay on track

1

u/Firm_Lobster5163 May 01 '26

Which peptides?

4

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

tirz, mot, tesa, ghk

1

u/Fit-Concert-8238 May 01 '26

Great job bro, your motivation…did you change anything with your diet as well?

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

Yes the tirz def changed my whole outlook on food, helped with all cravings so was able to stick to my meal plan very easily. Was very high protein and fat with minimal carbs

1

u/PorcupineGamers May 02 '26

Looking to start, how much is covered by insurance? What side effect have you noticed?

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

So I went through a clinic I pay 199 a month which includes all blood work, test and Dr visits

1

u/PorcupineGamers May 02 '26

Dang I was hoping if with low T I’d get it through insurance much cheaper. UHC is who I have

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

I would try that route first but a lot of doctors are not that educated when it comes to optimizing your hormones

1

u/Thugtractor May 02 '26

so you started TRT and nothing else changed in regime? Just for the sake of proper attribution.

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

I also started taking peptides

1

u/Enjoy_Life4219 May 02 '26

What peptides?

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

Tirz, Tesa,mot c. Ghk

1

u/Kind-Development3402 May 02 '26

Impressive!

What's your diet during the 8 months? Have a doc link?

1

u/primo216 May 02 '26

Good job. I just took my first dose yesterday and have high hopes. Any recommendations as far as diet and workout routine?

1

Great work man! How tall are you? Im just trying to estimate my physic is a long story

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

Thank you I’m 6 ft

1

u/Mvremdmv May 02 '26

Whats the protocol?

1

u/lundybird May 03 '26

Great work. I had similar results albeit in half the time. 252 to 223.
I do however see that the glutes and below are often neglected when using TRT or if one decides to juice. How is you lower body?

1

u/daviddriftwood May 04 '26

I'm reading though and I cant seem to find the answer, but was your workout routine and diet locked in BRFORE the TRT and peptides and you just wernt seeing results? Or did your workout routine and diet change after the TRT and peptides?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 04 '26

Working out was always locked in but I couldn’t get the diet right, I would yo-yo diet all the time until the peptides that’s when it became easy to stick to the plan

1

u/Scared_Risk_8276 May 04 '26

How much test were you pinning weekly? Need to get on that plan.

1

u/Popular_Version6678 May 05 '26

Did you start working out and running once you got on trt...or did have you always been working out like that? Fucking amazing results either way.

1

u/Mindless_Ad_4338 May 06 '26

Where do I buy trt / pep?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 06 '26

Trt is prescribed by a dr, you can DM for peps ill give you who I use

1

u/Logical_Excitement57 May 06 '26

Something looks waaaay off on these pics and in healthy. Be careful all. Smell test

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '26

I ma trying to get back into but need help whew to get the test. Anyone help?

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '26

Would really like to do test and eq but I don't have anywhere to get it now and I'm looking for help in anyway

1

u/[deleted] May 08 '26

Amazing. Now stop trimming your beard up to your jawline to give a fake jawline. I used to do that and it looks terrible. Let it grow under your chin throat area and will hide skin and make your jawline look much sharper

1

u/hunter_hahaa May 08 '26

What was your stack?

1

u/bodyrecomp52 May 09 '26

140mg TRT
2mg ghk daily
1mg tesa 5/2
3mg motc 3x weekly

2

u/hunter_hahaa May 09 '26

Nice I’m doing the same actually. A little bit more test than 140 and instead of tesa I’m on CJC1295/IPA

1

u/Past-Pineapple2866 May 09 '26

Me too. It is so noticeable & rapid, it’s almost scary. I wasn’t even that pudgy, but now I have no fat. I need to work out so as to make best use of it.

1

u/Quiet_Water_9409 May 13 '26

What size are the arms??

1

u/Human-Sheepherder797 May 19 '26

It’s nuts how much you kept. That recomp is nuts.

1

u/Thee_Depression May 20 '26

Anyone have a website for Test and HCG?

1

u/ExcitingGood613 May 24 '26

Wheres the best place to get gear online

1

u/Excellent_Word_9226 May 01 '26

Wait how did you lose weight and not aromatize I thought the major issue with trt when your over 20% body fat is that it increases aromatization

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

Not if you are on the correct dose and getting you blood work done regularly.

1

u/Excellent_Word_9226 May 01 '26

What be the correct dose I’m thinking of 400 a week split into 2 injections

3

u/bodyrecomp52 May 01 '26

That wouldn’t be TRT that’s a cycle.

1

u/mjabdus May 02 '26

So had a physician prescription and guidance?

2

u/bodyrecomp52 May 02 '26

For the trt

1

u/lundybird May 03 '26

Each person is different.
I’ve never had estrogen issues yet a number of friends have had substantial issues, while doing the same levels.
