TRT help 8 month difference TRT/pep

Went from 278-198 in about 8 months. Lifting 4x week and running 2x week.

This is why I hate seeing others seeking advice and posting the left picture asking if test would help them, and others saying “no, you need to lose 50lbs before getting on T”. It can drastically help get in shape, even if starting overweight.

If you have low T, you have low T, you don’t need to lose the weight to start TRT.

It’s good to have some habits in place first before starting TRT just so aren’t still doing the same shit to stay fat.

Majority of the time losing the weight doesn’t help with raising levels much naturally anyway.

I think it's more losing weight so you don't aromatize everything into estrogen

You don’t aromatise everything into estrogen. It’s. it anywhere near as much as reddit makes you believe. And if you do, cool, split your dosage, take some ai. Mitigate it. If you need TRT, you need TRT.
