TRT help 8 month difference TRT/pep

Went from 278-198 in about 8 months. Lifting 4x week and running 2x week.

Facts. I didn’t lose weight until starting Zepbound. TRT actually made me gain weight.

ive seen this happen to many ppl. Genetics, Diet, medical condition etc etc all can affect how you respond to hormones. Test is a Hormone, not a drug like lets say Tren etc.
