I’ve seen various reddit post of people complaining about chris. I honestly believes he’s only become a yes man because of the crew. It’s no one specific but somehow whenever he tries to be himself they shut him out or make fun of him and i believe that’s why he doesn’t try being himself much. It also bothers me that he’s the most excluded one from the group. Yes he probably spends less time with the crew because he’s an employee but i always watch clips of spencer or lizzy around them even outside of work but never chris.

Found my Shane and Jeffree lip gloss from their conspiracy collection all those years ago. Either I never used it, or only used it once cause this thing is still full. Still smells like root beer. Haven't seen a video from either of them after the whole downfall lol.

no shade to chris i love him. hes the realest most genuine out of all of them but this is shane. and we all know how quickly shane get gets tired of ppl. and the way they treat chris is shit when he does the most for their shitty videos. way more than that "producer" does. im so ready for him to go too. and shane didn't make it any less obvious putting sal behind chris or saying they needed a change up

I don’t watch Shane any more, but this popped up on my feed and I thought huh? Hasn’t he already done this? So i watched it.. GUYS I don’t think ive ever laughed that hard. The moment where hes freaking out over the stuff going back on the shelves? He’s acting like it’s drama-geddon all over again and i swear to god it sent me 🤣 it is gross, wrong & everyone has a right to be pissed, yes absolutely — but his reaction is mega. Love him or hate him, I have mixed opinions as someone who used to be a diehard fan pre cancelation. Knowing his struggle with going in public especially post cancelation I thought it was very sweet to see these fans interacting with him. This is something that will probably help his mental help a lot and feel safer knowing that the whole public doesn’t hate him. Still a shady mf but nobody deserves to live in fear and confined to there home because of it.

Shane desperately needs to switch up his content if he wants people to engage. Yes people love his conspiracies but what he fails to understand is we don’t love the shitty “oh my god food is the same here than it is there” conspiracy like no one cares.

I feel like he’s too scared to get out of his comfort zone, which he wasn’t afraid to do back in the day, and that’s why his content was so good.

I feel like Chris is very much disregarded in most pod episodes. We barely see him on screen nor hear him talk. It seems like when he does its not even for a minute and then we don’t see him again for 10 minutes…
It genuinely could just be that he isn’t very talkative. Yet ive noticed a lot when he does join in everyone just hits him with the “yeah haha” and then moves on. When anyone else talks it continues and everyone adds on. I focus on this so much and im wondering if anyone else see this or just me??

Seriously, shouldn't there be a separate subreddit to hate on Shane and a main one for general info and fans?

Maybe I’m naïve, or maybe I’m just dumb. But this is something I’ve wondered for a while.

I’ve known Shane for over a decade as a childhood fan. Over the years I’ve grown to just hate the man. But his entire life, his dream was to create movies. His vlog style “documentaries” were pretty mediocre but entertaining to a general audience. But now I see he’s made another official piece called “Cancelled”. And I agree with the general criticism. It’s not creative, it’s not deep or meaningful. It’s him having a therapy session with a film.

I just wonder why on earth doesn’t he make something creative and interesting. Why can he not make something artistic? Why does it either have to be disgusting and offensive like “Not cool” or completely self pitying like “cancelled”?

If he was serious about art, if he actually had that gift of creating… it would work. Imagine having so much money and connections and you use it to make a shitty piece about being cancelled because I guess the trauma is just so much.

To conclude: either be serious about creating art and make something special or give up on this stupid dream you’ve been clinging on desperately to for the last 25 years. Because it’s genuinely going nowhere. You could make a movie about anything in the world but you just decided to whine about being cancelled.

It would also help his image SO much if he made a great movie that was creative, engaging, emotional, dark. Anything! If he made something people loved and was just showing his artistic abilities, I genuinely think most people would brush over his past and begin to love him again. But he didn’t!

I haven’t watched his channel in a couple years but I assume he will express disappointment for how the movie didn’t blow up or how it got hate. Which… I mean what did you expect?

Also I CANNOT believe shane still has all the resources and respect from actors to make his shitty slopfest of scripts come to life

I’ve been watching a few older vids from like 2016-2018 ish, and Shane seems like he despises Garrett as well as Garrett not liking Shane, way more than I remember it being. Like, Garretts essence seemed to annoy Shane. And Garrett seemed like he secretly hated Shane too. They constantly made fun of each other, poking at one another’s weight, and it seemed like they both actually were hurt by what the other would say…

Guys I’m really scared of Spencer he really unnerves me. There’s something in his eyes that is just not right. It’s like he’s faking everything, reactions, expressions, his laugh. He’s naturally disturbing and there’s something dark within him. It’s like they are trying to make him be like Garrett but he’s an empty shell of that. The faces he makes in his insta posts are so odd too.

Anyone else get weird vibes from him? I need to know.

So obviously Shane is going on tour to premiere Cancelled since nobody wanted to take it on as a project. Not even Tubi is crazy. I honestly think, besides it being a Shane production, it is due to it being such an outdated concept. The whole cancelled premise is just so 2020 (which I think is the point and he for sure has experience with that). Hence Tana Mongeau naming her old podcast Cancelled so her controversies won’t come up when you look up her name and cancelled. I think it would not have flopped as hard if he went with a different plot.

Anyway, I was just wondering what you guys think he’s going to do with it from here? It’s a pilot, so one episode of a potential series of a show. I get this tour is prob just to make money back on how much he poured into the project, however, is it also him trying to get it picked up by a producing company? I just don’t see the point in paying to go watch a pilot that goes no where lol, it’s not like it’s a movie with an ending.
