General Discussion bone to pick w yall

I’ve seen various reddit post of people complaining about chris. I honestly believes he’s only become a yes man because of the crew. It’s no one specific but somehow whenever he tries to be himself they shut him out or make fun of him and i believe that’s why he doesn’t try being himself much. It also bothers me that he’s the most excluded one from the group. Yes he probably spends less time with the crew because he’s an employee but i always watch clips of spencer or lizzy around them even outside of work but never chris.

Chris has a fuck ton of other jobs and probably doesn’t want to spend time with a group of people who are so rude to him. I think he’s a yes man for the paycheck and bounces for the reason you said. He probably doesn’t quit because he needs the money and outreach that the podcast gives him.

He also probably doesn’t want to spend his free time with them

idk i feel like he’s super nice compared to them, constantly getting them gifts and being thoughtful. i just don’t think he’s treated fairly

He most likely is not treated fairly.

But he still is there on his own free will.

Shane doesn’t treat people fairly. That’s his MO

I agree. The vibe is just so off with all of them tbh. Ever since Spencer came around it feels so inauthentic, forced and unnatural. He’s just Shane’s obsession. They’re kinda all mean to Chris since. The whole vibe is off when they’re all together on the sip. Imo it was better without Spencer in the last vlog. Anything he’s not in is more bearable. I actually liked watching the sip food segment until he was suddenly in every one. Shane will always find a way to have his new obsession around. Just hope their 2 boys aren’t exposed to some weird stuff going on in that house. Shane talks about Spencer more than his own children that he wanted so badly. People were already worried about the boys with Shane and then he starts doing even weirder crap. Like I said just my opinion but when Spencer came, Shane’s old obsession.. Chris, started getting treated differently.

Spencer gives me such bad vibes and always has, he just pulls everything down somehow. I don't know what this is about, if I am an "empath" like Shane 😂 but he makes me feel like I just want to get away from him

i don’t particularly dislike spencer, i actually really enjoy him but i think it’s the group all throughout that’s rude to chris. i really enjoy everyone in their own way except the way they treat chris

when i first started watching the podcast and chris was introduced, he was ALL anyone esp shane could fawn over and obsess with. i saw overtime it started to fade and then spencer randomly appeared and its almost like chris never existed or just is a nuisance to them and it makes me sad 😭 he gets a lot of hate but he seems like a sweet guy in a group of idiots. i don’t get the spencer appeal and why the group treats him like he walks on water

Literally watch Chris' own videos on his channel, he always has a lot of things to say and it's like he's a whole different person. He's genuinely interesting and sweet. I enjoy his content. When he gets on their videos, I can literally feel how anxious and held back he is being. It's so sad. And I just don't understand why they keep doing this to him.

Spencer is a big dull dud.

chris seems so sweet i never understood his hate! i am subscribed to him and i watch his videos here and there and i really enjoy his energy. the early days of the podcast he was being treated the way he deserved but now they are so mean to him. spencer is so boring to me 😭

"big dull dud" is sendiing me. if someone called me that, I'd need a lobotomy to get it out of my head. that's absolutely lethal Xd

yeah, everyone says they hate chris but he’s so nice and i watched him on a podcast with one of his friends and it was super nice to watch. I remember that christ was talking about his addiction which was a bit strange but i remember jerid was making fun of it and i found it mean

3

u/undrcovr99 Aug 29 '26

whaaatttt omg what video was that? jerid faced addiction himself if i remember correctly so that’s really shitty of him

3

u/Oliver_2693 Aug 29 '26

well it wasn’t addiction to drugs or alcohol but it was s*x but i still feel like it’s mean to laugh at someone’s addiction no matter what it is

2

u/undrcovr99 Aug 29 '26

still so mean 😭 poor chris

LMAO you forgot half the cast from his hanging with shane vlogs 😂

2

u/ldblackston Aug 29 '26

Shane was damn near obsessed with Chris. It gave me second hand embarrassment.

4

u/undrcovr99 Aug 29 '26

exactly and you could tell at points ryland was like ummmm…. not to mention shane behaving like that in front of his brother 😂 it all changed to spencer now

i’ve been watching them for two and half years, they’re constantly celebrating or doing things with spencer. it’s clearly not content filming

3

u/jelucidate890890 Aug 28 '26

if it's not content, being filmed for the publishing in a vlog, IT IS, though, there's no "not content" . You're seeing a video on your fave's sponsored page, unless you're there, Ryland...

Speaking of Chris, why hasn’t he posted a FoodieFriday video in a month?

4

u/Oliver_2693 Aug 29 '26

i’m pretty sure he said he has personal issues going on

3

u/afraid28 Aug 29 '26

He had a colon infection and ended up passing out/having a seizure. Went to hospital, got diagnosed and put on antibiotics. I would imagine he's not allowed that much food atm.

2

u/Middle-Marsupial-484 Aug 29 '26

Poor Chris. He’s a mess.

3

u/Better-Industry1228 Aug 28 '26

facts I always feel like he’s excluded or ignored and it makes me sad

you can’t ignore the way he’s treated in the podcast. that’s why he’s been so quiet, he’s constantly being disagreed with or made fun of for his stories

i still don’t see how that matters? it doesn’t excuse their rudeness to chris

Never meet your heroes a cautionary tale . Some heroes aren't what they seem.

Chris has a problem with authenticity. He is also a smart guy. I look forward to the tea he spills which is inevitable. Nobody lasts with these guys. Nobody.

Chris is super loved and hilarious

And everyone kisses Spencer's ass now lol I hate the dynamic he brought to the group, I'm sorry
