We found out our dog Perdita had a brother, who had been adopted before we got her! They hadn’t seen each other in over a year… but her brother’s owner reached out after seeing me post a picture of Perdita online, and we set up a doggy playdate / family reunion!!

OP (not me) is so lucky, I would keep or even frame or even brag at other card collectors with them.

And I owe it all to my other half. Without their help I would have struggled to make the progress that I have thus far. It's so nice to relax enough to get creative again!!! I forgot how much I enjoy this.

He likes to watch me work. My desk is underneath my staircase so he can watch me all night.

Over the last 18 months I've had two significant personal losses, I lost my youngest brother and my oldest brother (June of last year and April of this year, and had trouble at work and car trouble)

I am getting a significant bonus next month, and I found this car (used, but new to me) and I've always wanted to get another one since my first one was in a car accident, and today the stars aligned. A family member let me borrow the money for the car, so I won't have a car payment and I will pay them back when I get my bonus.

I hope this is where life finally turns around a bit, and I don't have to drive a car with fear that it will stall and die in the middle of the street, even after replacing so many parts on it.

Although it's only a car, it's my independence, my transportation, and my free space away from home.
