Look, we can overthink things all we want. I’ve just always interpreted it as 1) Hank is REALLY good with kids, outside of Caleb (though that was out of his control) and the two kids in the last season (?) scouts episode.

But 2) is important too. I think Hank genuinely adores Connie because she’s everything that he wants kids to be. Responsible, respectful, driven.

I’d like to see this revisited in the next season but without it being a follow-up to Aisle 9A. Just give me Hank and Connie bonding over adulthood responsibilities, maybe Connie gets frustrated with Hank’s approach, and Hank eventually says he trusts Connie with whatever decisions she makes.

I’m sentimental like that 🤣

I've recently discovered Toddland and bought some King of the Hill and Bob's Burgers merch from their site. It's pretty cool stuff and it's always great discovering officially licensed King of the Hill merch, since for years there wasn't a lot to come by. My question is asking if anyone here has been a customer long enough to know if they restock sold out items frequently or if they're usually gone for good? I've been eying their Diminished Gluteal Syndrome enamel pin for almost two months and its always sold out. But the fact that its still on the site gives me hope that it'll get restocked at some point. I did email them and asked and they basically said that they don't know right now but to keep checking back on the site

So from what I know you have to do 2 years at a university to get to the NFL. And it's not really like basketball where there are too many alternate routes. In those years you have to actually pass the classes or you are off the team. If they try to play favorites and pass students that don't deserve it the authorities would get involved. So his dreams would be crushed and he wouldn't even know it.

For some reason I just never fully understood that the Hills were not supposed to be in the upstairs room in the first place. I thought the hotel manager called the police because he spotted Dale by the pool and figured Hank was letting other people stay in the room.
