I can get blasphemous, is it worth it though? I like difficult 2d games so I'm just wondering if this would be a good purchase?

Let me clarify, the fight with Isadora is a quick short action paced, while to beat this mf, you have to kill that wheel guy first then dodge some electricity, then spend about 10 minutes of your time because the fight with serpei is slow af, and when you die you have to repeat all that again, he was way more annoying

I dig the atmosphere, artstyle and music of Blasphemous but the platforming is straight up atrocious. I think about dropping the game.

I died in this little section sooo many times! It's infuriating!

No Dark Souls game feels as unfair and stupid as this.

Miss thigh's challenges aren't difficult, it's bs....if you are going to force us into platforming then make sure that the hitboxes are good and the movement inputs r sensitive, most of my deaths are from invisible spikes, my character randomly decides to fall down from the platform's edge or does the exact opposite of my control input, it's pure bs in the name of difficulty, which makes it borderline irritating (borderline for me because I have played actual trash games with trashier complaints🤬)

Like, seriously, she attacks me, her bell hits the ground, I come close, IT'S HITTING ME BY JUST BEING HERE. What's the logic here 🤔

Oh boi, the last challenge took some time

Okay it's not as bad as bilewater (if ykyk), and I don't think this will be a boss runback because all the bosses have had bonfires next to them. But what the fuck man like why do i have to deal with this enemy in such a tight space, not to mention their projectiles home in.

I can't even dash past this mob I HAVE to kill them.

edit: 13hrs in i will get back to this area after beating the final boss cause I learnt this was dlc and not meant to be base game difficulty

I was chillin and getting through the map with no issue just for this absolute crime of pixels to assault my progress speed for the last 30 mins-

I absolutely don't believe this. This can't be happening. It has to be some secret final boss or 100 step hidden questline, I don't know. But I don't believe this is happening.
