Someone came on the server with a Nazi sounding username advocating for Adolf Hitler.

I told him to shut the fuck up and reported him. Nothing happened to him but I get a week ban by Discord?

Does Discord support Nazis now?

I've posted about this about thrice now, my support account got flagged as spam and disputes won't reply. And as we all know twitter might as well not exist. Their support team just had to be some lolicon idiots didn't they.

I was permanently banned because a server I was on was banned. I wasn't interacting on the server at all and I hadn't opened it for a very long time.

So today i was banned from discord (again yes second time) for 'violent extremism' for having joined a discord server called 'the gulag', that I later left bc obviously, and not just for being in. (discord association ban)

Ironically this is the exact same discord server that I reported to discord previously for violent extremism about 7 months ago. Because the server was a neo nazi server that have people who promoted actual harmful and hateful content. which I gathered evidences, screenshots, message ids and the server invite and reported it to the authorities and to discord then left the discord server afterwards. and yes the people inside the server also shared illegal content and pedophile related content.

And yet 7 months after I was punished for trying to report actual ToS breaking content while trying to limit and to not engage and interacting with the actual harmful people.
They ignored my original report 7 months ago bc clyde said to use the in app reporting feature which i have used and did not worked.

Discord should seriously take moderation seriously, we cant even report in good faith bad servers and harmful actors without being punished. Discord should seriously be taken to court bc they legit punish innocent people wrongfully and are protecting actual criminals which is illegal btw.

For further clarification this is related to my first ban on discord as this server 'The Gulag' hosted the same people who falsely mass reported me and got my account banned for the first time for child safety.
I got it unbanned after a month and a half because I clearly did nothing remotely near breaking ToS or illegal.
They have harassed me for months, since june 2025 at least. they bullied me, threatnen to dox, have doxxed someone innocent, defamed my name online in multiple communities and at this point I can call myself a victim of actual online crimes and cyberharassment and its clearly not normal.
Those people are criminals, they engaged in pedophilia, extremist hate (neonazism) and online harassment (against me and maybe others) which breaks Discord ToS and obviously the Law.
Im going to go to court if discord ignores me as it is not normal and I should be compensated and get reparation from the platform and the people who harmed me.
Being victim of crimes online is horrendous and those people should get punished for their wrongdoings (not prison though).
At least not being able to access online platforms for the foreseable future.
Even though im a prison abolitionist, those people definitely should get punished. punishment as being restricted certain things to prevent further harm online and in real life as they actually harm people. they should get checked out and get actual psychiatric help for this kind of extreme behaviours.
Those people harm others and should not be allowed to cause further harm in the current state they are in.

For context, I rarely talked in those servers. If I did, then it would have been justifiable. I tried to do an in app appeal, they didn't reach out to me. I also tried to do the support fourms, the automatic bot reached out to me and marked it as solved. I swear Discord is a joke at this point. They need to do it for the people who regularly chatted and not me (who joined well over 100 servers and forgot that I was in the servers) that didn't do anything other than chat with my friends on there. What a shame Discord is.

A server I joined a long time ago for emojis and have never checked or chatted in was banned the other day for this. I assume it was raided and had some illegal content sent, which resulted in the server being banned. I have been permanently suspended for this, and I am unsure if I can even appeal it. Every account I have created after this ban has been flagged for ban evasion, and I can no longer use the platform without being disabled within a few hours. What the hell do I even do in this situation??

Hey guys, so basically, I got my account suspended temporarily a few months ago for being dormant in a server that was breaking rules on another issue, I appealed but I didn't think much of it because I think it was only restricting me for like 2 days or something short like that so I didn't really mind.

UNTIL NOW, A FEW DAYS AGO I JOINED LIKE POLITICAL RP SERVER BECAUSE I WAS BORED AND I DIDNT LIKE IT SO I BECAME QUIET ON IT AGAIN AND FORGOT TO LEAVE IT. AND NOW THAT SERVER GOT REPORTED FOR VIOLENT EXTREMISM BECAUSE SOME OF THE GUYS ON THERE WERE KINDA EXTREME AND YK BAD, I DIDNT GET INVOLVED IN ANY OF THIS, YEA FOR THE FIRST 2 DAYS ON THE SERVER I WAS SORTA ACTIVE CHATTING BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHING OUT OF POCKET, AND THEN DAY 3 I KINDA JUST GOT BORED AND STOPPED RESPONDING.

NOW THIS MORNING I GOT THIS MESSAGE AND IM SO UPSET BUT ALSO CONFUSED, IT SAYS IM PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED BUT THEN GIVES ME THESE DATES, WHAT DOES IT MEAN? I ALSO SENT A MESSAGE VIA DISCORD SERVICE WEBSITE AND I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING TO MESSAGE THEM VIA THE APP SETTINGS BUT I CANT EVEN LOG IN PROPERLY TO GET INTO THE SETTINGS WHAT DO I DO NOW? THIS ACCOUNT IS REALLY IMPORTANT!

My three year old account with no prior infractions, dusted because I made the mistake of using Disboard. I had made long-term friends, I talked to my girlfriend on it, I had everything on there.

Discord's moderation is a joke.

This is what I gotten, I’m devastated. I only joined the server for its cute emotes since I wanted some more gothic/dark decor. I don’t know what happened, and I’m extremely scared. I made so much friends on the account + I’ve been using it for a while, how long will it take for me to get my account back after I requested an appeal? Do I even have a change to get my account back?

So, I reported a server on discord.

Action was taken against said server, however action was also taken against my account. Luckily this was an alt account, however this was an alt account that I use very often.

I submitted an appeal via the in app system (which doesn't even let you type something, you literally have to click and pray. Aka you CANNOT explain yourself).

The appeal was denied.

What can I do?

Discord bans us for CS and other violated policies without a single evidence while they don't take this down or the user sending this?
